Use once a day after brushing your teeth with a toothpaste; remove cap; hold bottle upright and squeeze. A: My dentist said do NOT rinse after brushing your teeth w/ fluoride toothpaste. Immediately swish w/ ACT. After spitting, blot to remove any toothpaste & mouthwash from your lips. No water rinses.

A: I hold the bottle upright and lightly squeeze, it pushes the mouthwash up through the tube into the top portion. When it reaches the fill line, I stop squeezing. I end up then pouring it into the cap which I use to put it in my mouth.

I used this when I was younger and then stopped.but since I'm older now and everything is expensive now this is a 100/100 for me .Great taste ,dentist recommended and i have not had a cavity since this .Also they make kids mouthwash if you are parent and don't want cavities for your kids Plus it's cheaper then most mouthwash out there .

Easy cavity protection.
This is my go to mouthwash. My dentist recommended it to me years ago and I have never changed. The squeeze top measuring cup is perfect to get the correct amount of product. The flavor is nice not over powering like some other mouthwashes. But the most important part is the fluoride to prevent cavities. Great product.

I’ve been a long-time user of ACT Mouthwash and recently noticed the new bottle design. The shape looks different from what I’ve purchased before, and I also saw that it no longer has the ADA Seal of Approval on the label. Could you please confirm if this is an authentic change in packaging, or if I may have purchased a counterfeit product? I really value ACT and want to be sure I’m using the genuine mouthwash.

It has helped me remineealoze my teeth greatly! The only thing I would ask, to give it the fifth star, is to make an unsweetened, sorbitol-free alternative. It is truly unpleasant to rinse your mouth and feeling like you swished nothing but sugary syrup inside your mouth, so it doesn’t even feel like you just brushed your teeth, it simply feels like your mouth is even clean… I would definitely recommend it to a friend, but that doesn’t mean I have settled for that taste…

i've been using ACT for about 16 years, ever since my orthodontist recommended it while i had braces. i went 12 years between dental checkups... and only had 2 tiny cavities. i just had my first exam and cleaning after 5 years since my last... no cavities. my dentist said ACT was likely a major factor in that. i consider it a crucial part of my oral care routine. this (1x daily) formula is the best. floss, brush, mouthwash. in that order.
