Grin Oral Care Smooth Floss Picks - 150ct

Changed the floss type. Now it’s thread like string, they were better before.

Very misleading to keep the same packaging but change to a thin painful string. Left is the same product in March, right is from today.

I’ve only purchased these once, and from reading the other reviews, it seems like I bought the former version with the thicker strings. However, these are TERRIBLE. If you have even the tiniest bit of tightness between your teeth, there’s about an 80% chance that the string will break. Sometimes, I go through three just to floss once. From the other reviews, it seems like the newer version aren’t much better. I wanted flossers that are more planet-friendly than the other name-brand ones, but these are just disappointing, no matter which way you spin it.

they changed their floss for the worst. it used to be perfect but now it’s a thin thread that just shreds my gums. will no longer be purchasing.

Why did Grin change these??? I used to always buy these floss picks and the floss has completely changed. My teeth are very close together and the old version was so easy to floss, not anymore! Guess I won’t be buying this anymore :(

These used to have a silky smooth, thick floss and now it’s been replaced with a thin, pink string that feels rough and gets stuck between my teeth. Seems like the company got cheap and decided to completely change their product. Will never buy again. (Unless they change it back, because I did enjoy the smooth, thick floss and the way it glided between my teeth).

I should’ve looked in the clear window on the back. It said, smooth and gentle and the image on the front shows a flat string. It’s just like other floss now and it’s too rough

This new version is terrible. I decided to try one after I opened them and noticed they had changed. So disappointed in the new version.

I dislike that they changed from dental tape floss to the thin pink strand of floss. I don't like it! Switch it back please Grin!

“If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!” Why did the company change the product? What’s wrong with your company? The consumers that buy your products are who keeps you in business, and don’t forget it! This product was great, now the company has ruined it. It’s not gentle anymore. I have to look for another brand that sells gentle floss.

They recently changed these. So disappointing, they use to be smooth & not they are rough.

I’m actually so disappointed. This floss was the best and now it’s that crappy, terrible feeling fibrous crap. I opened the bag expecting the flat white floss and thought there was an oopsie at the factory where I got one floss that was different but no, it was the whole bag. Idk why or when grin decided to change a masterpiece but they messed up. Now I have to find different floss and I don’t think I can return an open bag of floss. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Used to be great, now they are thin and sharp and cut your gums

Floss did used to be smooth but they changed the product. Now instead of it being smooth it’s kind of rough. Change it back please.

These used to be smooth and gentle and now they are hard and rough. I had no idea they changed the product and would like a refund!

I used to love this flosser! It had a piece of dental floss that was easy to slide between teeth. Now it it is a tiny piece of thread that cuts your gums and does not glide smoothly. I am currently looking for a product that is manufactured the way these used to be made. Congrats on losing a loyal customer due to your cheap replacement.

I used to love these. I bought them today to replace my pack that was out and they are COMPLETELY different and virtually unusable. I'm going to have to throw them away. Rather than a thick, smooth, and glossy thread, they are not a thin and stiff thread. They product is now ineffective and painful, not to mention the lack of transparency in the change being a shoe in for a lawsuit.

how is it acceptable for them to change the product without changing the packaging or item description? now they’re a thin purple string that shreds my gums. the original floss was much more gentle and the only reason, among many others, bought this floss. grin, do better.
