[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been using Sonic toothbrush for years due to receding gums. Decided on a replacement when the old one was looking bad. The new versions are easier to clean with the streamlined design. Longer battery life. And the same brush head size. Don't like round brush heads.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my fourth or fifth replacement head in only a few years that I bought this system. When it works it is good, but seems to only last a few months

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us regarding your Philips Sonicare replacement heads. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We understand that the frequency of replacement may vary depending on individual usage and brushing habits, and we are sorry to hear that your replacement heads seem to only last a few months. However, it is recommended that you replace your Philips Sonicare brush head every three months of normal use (brushing twice a day) or when the blue indicator bristles wear out. One reason is because brush heads can become worn and become less effective at removing plaque. If you're still unsure when to replace your brush head, please get in touch via Social Media. We're available on Facebook (@Philips) and Twitter (@PhilipsCare). Don't worry, if you don't use Social Media, you can also reach out to us via the contact page: www.Philips.com/contact. Hope to speak to you soon! Kind regards, Philips Consumer Care

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this toothbrush! All day my teeth and mouth feel clean. Much better than the inexpensive travel sonic toothbrushes. This one has more power but not too much that it irritates. I love that i can chose what type of brush head i want. So worth it!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took me a while to get used to the "tickling" effect of the toothbrush. I still am surprised with the vibration when I let the solid part of the brush touch a tooth. However, I feel that I am cleaning my teeth very well and the price was reasonable.
