    Love this toothbrush! It was recommended by my dentist and my husband bought me if for Christmas. Keeps its change for well over a week. The 30 second beeps remind you to move on to the next 1/4 of your teeth so you complete a full 2 minutes of cleaning. Happy even though the replacement heads are a fortune!

    Lightweight.

    Very difficult to find brushes that fit and have the right firmness. Replacement brushes are hard to find and difficult to navigate the system looking for them.

    Excellent quality product

    I honestly believe this product is superior to the competition. The battery in the toothbrush last a long time between charging. Light weight and fits comfortably in your hand. The timer on the unit alerts you to change quadrants very helpful and ensures the users get the whole job done. I personally feel Phillips make remarkable products priced right and ensures peace of mind with great product warranty

    Good toothbrush, but no free replacement brush.

I did have a charging base fail on the 2nd unit, had to buy an entire new toothbrush as it wasn't apparent that I could just order a base or get it replaced under warranty. But my biggest gripe is that each of the toothbrushes came with a coupon for a free brush head, but each time I went to redeem it, I got a message saying the offer was no longer valid. So why are you still putting the coupons in the boxes???? The way I see it, Philips owes me 3 brush heads. Two stars subtracted for not honoring the free brush head offer.

    Garbage

    This does NOT come with a conventional charger. It comes with a USB charger. So I have to charge my rechargeable toothbrush in a COMPUTER!!!! That's the most asinine thing I've ever heard of. What if I didn't have a computer to charge it in? I suppose I could buy a separate USB outlet, but I shouldn't have to. When I hear rechargeable, I think it should be charged in the wall with a conventional plug which should be included.

    Charger is more convenient when in use
