    Fabulous Toothbrush

    I have periodontal disease, so need to make sure I get under the gum line, this brush helps me do that. I like that the brush head is so compact and that it vibrates if I use too much pressure.The battery lasts weeks between charges too.I had been using another, well known brand, but found the fittings went rusty. So far, I am really happy with my Philips Toothbrush.

    Improved faults in other models

    Improved a lot of the issues with my old more expensive model the DiamondClean 9000. The buttons are now flush with the rest of the body so toothpaste doesn’t collect in the gap around the buttons or around the gap in the brush head. The only issue I have is that I am not sure the vibration change to alert you to move sections always happens. It feels like sometimes it is skipped and I am left brushing the same section of teeth for a long time

    Horroble customer service

    Hurts my teeth and is too much vibration. My main complaint is with target. They will not provide a return label to return and I do not have a target close by. I will never again purchase from Target. Their customer service is the absolute worst!!!!

    Surprisingly good

    Having use a previous brand with a rotary head we thought it was time to try something different, the Sonicare is much quieter nowhere near as much vibration and personality I believe my teeth seem cleaner

    Vibrating to better cleaning.

    The sonic toothbrush does feel that it does more than an ordinary electric toothbrush. I have noticed that any food stuck between the teeth is vibrated free during cleaning, this must be better for the teeth. I was hoping that it would assist in whitening the teeth, but no improvement.

The charging lasts ages and it's great that you don't need batteries. It has a pressure sensor so your not brushing to hard. Overall my experience has been amazing so far and cannot recommend enough.     Game changer in tooth and gum hygiene

    This arrived very well presented in it’s packaging. The battery life is fantastic even when using it for more the just the two minute recommended twice daily timings, i charged this prior to starting using on the 23rd January 2026 and have not yet had to recharge. The clean you get from using this toothbrush is amazing it’s like visiting the hygienist from the comfort of your home twice a day. Removing tough plaque and stains that a regular manual toothbrush has not achieved for me. I have sensitive teeth and this toothbrush has not been an issue at all which I have had in the past with other electric toothbrushes. This toothbrush truly makes your mouth feel fresh and clean for hours after brushing and the gum mode is also very useful to help keep your gums clean and healthy which I feel when you use a manual toothbrush to try clean your gums the bristles can just dig in whereas this glides over more comfortably. Overall I am extremely happy to have had the ability to try this product and I have been completely converted and will not be planning to return to a manual toothbrush now.

YmThe brush shape is very comfortable. The bristles are firm, but no injury to the gums and you have pain when brushing if you are sensitive like me. The battery lasts a really long time.
