Choice of heads keeps the fight away
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With two handles and wifi connected heads there's no "fighting" over our preferred settings. Gentle versus firm etc. Makes for harmony in the bathroom.

Have seen improvement in my gums since using
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't regret getting this particular toothbrush as it was recommended for my age/teeth/gums. I've already seen an improvement in gum recession since switching to the Philips 7300 after using a less expensive/less powerful brand. HOWEVER, this toothbrush stresses me out. I feel like I'm in a race to add additional teeth to the cleaning format in the allotted time. I like that it vibrates to tell you when to switch from one section to another. That's all well and good but it does not allow for enough sections. You give me 8 sections when there should be 10-12. Top Left outward facing, Top Right outward facing Top Left inward facing, Top Right inward facing Bottom Left outward facing, Bottom Right outward facing Bottom Left inward facing, Botton Right inward facing Boom - turns off! When am I supposed to brush the tops of the molars on the upper left and right, and the tops of the molars on the bottom left and right? Yes, yes....I can just turn the darn thing on again for two to four more sections. But you design and manufacture toothbrushes to make brushing more effective, AND simpler and rhythmic. How about realistic?

The perfect upgrade
My Phillips Sonicare Diamond finally needed to be replaced after a decade or so - and 7100 is the perfect next one. I found the "vibration" is just perfect, which is slightly less "powerful" than Diamond. I didn't even realize Diamon's vibration was a tad too much until I tried 7100. The travel case definitely comes handy - BUT, you'd think they make a space for the head of the toothbrush in the traveling case - but they didn't. Or did I miss something? Other than that - this is my perfect electric toothbrush that I hope will last me another decade if not more.

New button design does not work
I have been using Sonicare toothbrushes for years. Unfortunately, they die and you have to get another one. Well, they changed the buttons on this new model. They are imbedded in the handle - sort of like they are flush (they don't stick out - not even a little). When I first got it, I had a really hard time finding the button with my thumb because there was no tactile feeling for it (like on previous models). Now, after almost 2 months of using it, the button barely works. I think toothpaste has gotten inside it - I don't know - but it is so hard to press the button to start it. It's a good thing it stops on its own, because I can't press it to stop it myself. And forget trying to change the mode - those buttons are impossible. Please bring back the old button design!!!!!

Great brush, poor travel accessories.
Toothbrush itself does the well, teeth feel nice after the cleaning. What made me give a 3 star review is the travel case - the case is not convenient for carrying supplies. All that fits in it is the toothbrush and one brush head (without the cover on it). At minimum, it should be able to carry toothbrush, brush head with cover on, and the charging cord. Our previous Phillips travel case carried the brush, two brush heads with cover on, and the charging cord. The lack of space with this travel case is disappointing/inconvenient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, unfortunately my toothbrush doesn’t show the light in the bottom to let me know if I’m brushing too hard, nor does it connect to the app. I’ve tried many times. I do like the Sonicare toothbrush, since it has been the brand I’ve always used. Upset, that I bought additional ones, and gave them as presents.

Be aware of Target shipping used Philips products.
I honestly still can’t process the fact that I received a used toothbrush in my Target order. This is a personal hygiene product, and receiving a used one is completely unacceptable and extremely concerning. This is not only unhygienic, but also very disrespectful and disappointing. I expect Target to have proper quality-control and safety standards in place to prevent something like this from happening. I would appreciate an immediate explanation of how this happened and an appropriate resolution. This experience has seriously affected my trust in Target.

Excellent cleaning!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toothbrush really cleans! I have enjoyed using it for about two months now and feel a noticeable cleaner feeling to my teeth. The only thing I'd like to change is the timing of the cycles: my previous toothbrush would signal at the end of 30 seconds, four times, making it convenient to brush four quadrants of teeth. This brush signals every 20 seconds eight times, so I can still do four quadrants but have to remember to do two cycles each. Not a significant problem!

App fails in the middle of brushing.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toothbrush is a true example of Overkill. It does everything but not consistently and the connection to the app fails in the middle of every brushing. Not worth the price.

Love the four different settings.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would recommend this toothbrush to anyone. I like how it beeps to let me know when to move to another location. I had thought with my regular old toothbrush that I was brushing long enough and now realize I wasn't. The Sonic care cleans very well. I really like the four different settings that determine how long you brush depending on what you are trying to achieve for example gum work, whitening etc.

Done with Phillips Sonicare
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used once then it died. Toothbrush would not reset or hard reset. I returned it immediat and will purchase an Oral B. This is the third Phillips Sonicare toothbrush that has failed me. At least I got about 2 years out of my other Sonicares. No more.
