    Too expensive for Poor Performance

    I’ve had this toothbrush for 6 months. In my opinion it doesn’t thoroughly clean my teeth like the older basic models. I still seem to feel buildup in the crevices of my teeth after brushing. Also, the brush is very sensitive so you cannot apply any pressure while brushing. Finally worst of all, the toothbrush is very noisy. It wakes my husband during my morning routine. My kids can also hear it from their bedroom. It sounds as if all of the mechanics on the inside are loose. For that reason alone I will be getting rid of it. Too expensive for poor performance.

    My Best Experience Ever!

My gums are healed too now. All the swelling is gone. I will have a much better time know getting my teeth cleaned and can’t wait to do it.

    Only issue is that it only had one toothbrush. It states two on box and description. Called sonicare and they are shipping me one. My older brush had a smile that showed how long you had brushed. This one has a timer will just have to get use to it. Very easy to turn off when brushing.

The cleaning doesn't feel much different from other Sonicare brushes I've used, and the app adds very little value beyond confirming you've brushed for the recommended time. I was also disappointed that it only comes with a USB charger, which isn't very convenient. Thankfully, it works with my older Sonicare plug charger. Overall, it's a good toothbrush, but I could have bought a cheaper Sonicare model and been just as happy.

    Good product; poor rushed travel case design.

    I have owned quite a few in this range over the past 25 years; With each iteration not as well-designed as the previous. In this iteration, the model is accompanied by 2 G3 brush heads. But the travel case (USB Chargable) does not allow any brush head to fit properly.

    Toothbrush is great, Phillips brand name, not

    I have always gone to Phillips electric toothbrushes. When you order two toothbrushes bundled together wouldn't you think they would each come with the same accessories? Was incredibly disappointed in Phillips as a brand that they only offered one rechargeable traveling case instead of one for each toothbrush. Poor business just to make more money.
