Uses builds increasing protection against painful sensitivity of the teeth to cold, heat, acids, sweets, or contact. aids in the prevention of dental cavities.

Directions

Directions adults and children 12 years of age and older: apply at least a 1-inch strip of the product onto a soft bristle toothbrush. brush teeth thoroughly for at least 1 minute twice a day (morning and evening), and not more than 3 times a day, or as recommended by a dentist or doctor. Make sure to brush all sensitive areas of the teeth. Minimize swallowing. Spit out after brushing. children under 12 years of age: Consult a dentist or doctor.

I can’t say that I’ve noticed much improvement of the cold sensitivity or the whiteness but it may just take a longer use period to see really noticeable results. The taste is ok - definitely a mint but not as much mint burn as I typically like in a toothpaste. My teeth feel very clean though after use.

Although I did not notice a change in the color of my teeth, they felt very clean after brushing. I have not experienced any sensitivity like I have in the past with other whitening products, so that’s a plus! I’m sure after a longer period of time my teeth would get whiter. It has a great minty flavor that leaves your breath extra fresh!
