Apply at least a 1-inch strip of the product onto a soft bristle toothbrush. Brush teeth thoroughly for at least 1 minute twice a day (morning and evening), and not more than 3 times a day, or as recommended by a dentist or doctor. Make sure to brush all sensitive areas of the teeth. Minimize swallowing. Spit out after brushing.

No two Sensodyne products are the same. Sensodyne ProNamel Intensive Enamel Repair Whitening Toothpaste and Sensodyne ProNamel Intensive Enamel Repair Clean Mint Toothpaste are two different products that differ in their ingredients. The key differences are in the cleansing agents, flavouring components, and quantitative differences in the ingredients used in their formulations. Tooth whitening is achieved by the collection action of different ingredients, including cleansing agents and abrasives (hydrated silica) and surfactants (cocamidopropyl betaine).     Whitens without sensitivity

Sensodyne Pronamel Gentle Whitening has been such a relief. It actually cleans and gently whitens my teeth without any of that irritation. My teeth feel noticeably smoother after brushing, and my breath feels fresh without being overpowering. Most importantly, it doesn’t aggravate my sensitivity like other toothpastes I’ve tried. I finally feel like I can maintain a bright, clean smile without sacrificing comfort.

    Tooth sensitivity gone!

    Sensitive teeth must

I didn’t necessarily notice a whiting to my teeth but didn’t notice them looking more dingy either. I like the wide cap to stand it up when I’m not using it.

I have sensitive teeth and gums so was very excited to try this toothpaste. The flavor Arctic Breeze is VERY minty and sharp. It gives long lasting fresh breath and gives your mouth a cool, tingly sensation after brushing. The tube is easy to squeeze and the applicator is big enough that the toothpaste dispenses smoothly and easily. It has a good lather and a little goes a long way. After using for about a month, I noticed my teeth were less reactive to cold and hot foods. I also noticed that they looked visibly whiter. Overall, I am very happy with this toothpaste!

A trigger is super foamy toothpaste, so I have been on the lookout for something effective, has an enjoyable taste and doesn’t foam like crazy making me gag. Pronamel knocked this one out of the park. My teeth feel so clean, it’s easy to tolerate and it feels like it lasts for an extended period of time even with a lot of coffee consumption.     For sensitive teeth and enamel repair

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been enjoying this toothpaste for a few weeks now. I've never had a toothpaste that tastes this way before. It is kinda like the sensation you get when you apply sore muscle cream, the hot then cold sensation. This is not minty like other products. The sensation only lasts a few seconds and then it's gone and your mouth just feels clean. I have not had any sensitivity to hot or cold on my teeth since I started using this product. This product claims intensive enamel repair which I personally can't evaluate because I'm not a dentist, but I'm sure it wouldn't be #1 dentist recommended for that if it didn't work. I really like the packaging of this product, the tube stands upright on its cap, so all the product wants to move toward the nozzle due to gravity. Nice feature. The cap is a nice and big so I don't fumble it all the time like I did with traditional style toothpaste tubes, and probably friendlier for hands with arthritis as well (easier to grip).

The Sensodyne Pronamel repair whitening toothpaste is a wonderful tool for dental health with whitening abilities. This toothpaste helps to protect your teeth from acid erosion and sensitivities that one may have. The whitening abilities were noticed two weeks into using this product. As an individual who consumes no less than three cups of coffee a day, it was nice to see the toothpaste begin to correct the staining. Leaves your teeth feeling fresh, clean and a bit whiter. I like that the tube is able to stand up making it easier to store in the medicine cabinet without it falling all over. (My review is for sensodyne tooth- the photo on the influenster site changes to a vitamin photo)
