Directions

Always follow the label.

Adults and Children 12 Years of Age and Older:

Apply at least a 1-inch strip of the product onto a soft-bristle toothbrush. Brush teeth thoroughly for at least 1 minute twice a day (morning and evening), and not more than 3 times a day, or as recommended by a dentist or doctor. Make sure to brush all sensitive areas of the teeth. Minimize swallowing. Spit out after brushing.

Children Under 12 Years of Age:

Consult a dentist or doctor.

    Horrible Taste

    The clean mint flavor starts off minty but quickly develops an overwhelming floral flavor. Almost like brushing my teeth with perfume. I threw out a toothbrush thinking that during a trip maybe some product or perfume spilled on it. NOPE. It’s the clean mint flavor. I’ve tried other Sensodyne toothpastes and have never had this experience before. Maybe I got a bad batch. Would love to continue using the toothpaste but I can’t get paste the flavor.

    Great toothpaste overall

    I received a sample of this toothpaste at my last dental visit and I loved it. It has helped reduce my tooth sensitivity and it cleans very well. The flavor is just right, a little minty but not so strong that it burns, like some toothpaste. The texture is just right, not goopy and it stays on your brush. Can’t comment on their claim of supposedly restoring tooth enamel - sounds improbable but overall I am very satisfied. I also like the fact that the tube is recyclable and it has an actual screw off cap, not those flimsy flip tops that never work again once you open them. It is expensive but it lasts a long time.

    Pronamel toothpaste

    Pronamel is one of my go to toothpastes. I use it twice a day and haven't had cavities in years. It cleans well and leaves my breath smelling fresh. I would definitely recommend looking into it.
