Q: Please tell me the difference in this ProNamel (Intensive repair) and Sensodyne ProNamel Fresh Breath Toothpaste. ...VERY few differences in the ingredients, and only the "inactive" ones. Is it the same level of "repair?" (Not a criticism.Just a Q.)
A: Both products are designed to help protect against enamel erosion due to dietary acids. Both have fluoride-optimized formulas which tip the balance back toward the remineralization of enamel, rehardens teeth, and leave enamel more resilient to subsequent enamel challenges. A key difference is that a polymer in Pronamel Intensive Enamel Repair both improves the natural remineralization process and inhibits demineralization.
