Adults and Children 12 Years of Age and Older

Apply at least a 1-inch strip of the product onto a soft bristle toothbrush. Brush teeth thoroughly for at least 1 minute twice a day (morning and evening), and not more than 3 times a day, or as recommended by a dentist or doctor. Make sure to brush all sensitive areas of the teeth. Minimize swallowing. Spit out after brushing.

    Good product but has a hard to unscrew cap

    I have been using this product for a couple years and the dentist has stopped warning me about my enamal getting to think. The only thing I hate, is the lid. It needs to be one you don't have to unscrew, just pop it open. Much easier for us older people.

    Great for sensitive teeth

    Sensodyne toothpaste has been my go to toothpaste since I was about 16! (I'm 42 now!!) I have sensitive teeth, so I get achy mouth pain & never knew why- my dentist suggested using a "soft" toothbrush & Sensodyne- haven't had that issue since. The flavor choices are great: Peppermint is my favorite

    Sensitive teeth and cavity prevention- this is the brand and kind of toothpaste that you want to use. The price fits the value of the product and the packaging. The taste is very good and it doesn’t have an overwhelming amount of mint.

    Recommend if you deal with sensitivity like I do.

    I have been using this toothpaste for a while now and it’s definitely one of my go-tos for keeping my teeth clean and my sensitivity in check. I like that it doesn’t taste to strong but still leaves my mouth fresh. It’s not a miracle worker overnight but it does help when I’m consistent.

    Really great product!

    I’ve been using this toothpaste for years and love it! It’s great for my sensitive teeth, and leaves me feeling minty fresh. It’s on the pricier side but I would say it’s worth it. I go to the dentist regularly and they recommend this years ago and since I’ve used it I haven’t had any major cavities.

    I have super sensitive teeth and have been using sensodyne for the last few years and this toothpaste actually helps my teeth sensitivity. I can now eat cold things like ice cream and have cold water! Using this tooth paste has been a total game changer!!

    Calms sensitivities

    I've used Sensodyne for years with dentist recommendations. I've tried other brands but always return. No painful cold/sweet sensations, clean fresh foaming action with sonic toothbrush. I'd like a more whitening effect but I probably drink too much tea/coffee

    My family use it for long time ,the best toothpaste I have tried. I have very sensitive gums and this product has never caused any irritation at all. It is very effective at leaving your teeth and gums feeling clean and smelling fresh. The mint flavor is very refreshing. Much better value when compared to others that claim to do the same thing.     Helps with dental discomfort and sensitivity

    I use Sensodyne several times a week. I use it the entire week before a dental cleaning. I swear it reduces some of the dental sensitivity and discomfort. Affordable price point and good for everyone in the family ( especially if they have braces. It helped before the tightening sessions)

    I swear by Sensodyne Pronamel! The multi-action toothpaste will be a part of my daily routine forever. I had struggled with tooth sensitivity for as long as I can remember, eating anything cold or hot. Ice cream and coffee were my biggest frenemies. I loved them, but they hurt my teeth so badly. Even the fridgid winter air hurt my mouth and I just couldn't take it. I decided to give Sensodyne a try, and first I was actually surprised that it gave me a great fresh breath feeling unlike the other toothpastes that claimed to be for sensitive teeth. After a few uses I really started to notice that it felt like my teeth were being shielded from cold and hot. It really works all around; clean fresh breath, my enamel is restored, my teeth look whiter and I have been cavity free.
