I don’t understand the hype. My hair felt like straw while lathering, rinsing, and drying and my hair is nearly virgin hair. I had to use so much detangler toward my root to brush the tangles.

Item not received. I purchased in store and the cashier never handed several items to us. I called Target but they refused to reimburse us because it was an in-store purchase. We were told to return to the store for a refund, but unfortunately we were traveling through.

New Formula is Awful
I’ve used this shampoo for 18 years, I know it well. The last bottle I bought is horrendous- I have to use twice as much product to get a lather, and it doesn’t rinse out very well. My hair feels heavy when I get out of the shower. Once dry, my hair doesn’t smell clean anymore, it smells like Day 3/4 dirty hair. I used to be able to wash every 2-3 days and my hair would still look great, now I have to wash every day for it to look clean. Every change this product made was designed for you to go through the product faster, thus making you buy more. Pantene cut some big corners in this new formulation - cheaper, lower quality ingredients - and the result is just awful. I won’t be buying it again.

My favorite clarifying shampoo!
This is my favorite clarifying shampoo. I suffer from scalp psoriasis and have build up all over my scalp. This shampoo helps to remove the build up and flakes while not irritating my scalp and causing any itching or addition dryness. I also have fine hair, which makes my scalp get oily fairly quickly. This shampoo is also great at removing the oil from hair without being too drying. The scent is great as well. Highly recommend if you are looking for a clarifying shampoo for all hair types.
