I hate that Pantene changed the formula for this product. it doesn't work the way it used to and it's hard to fully rinse it from your hair. My hair used to look full and shiny after using it but now it looks sad and limp. I ended up just throwing the rest of it in the trash.

Love the product. Hate the new smell.
I had to write a bad review because this is my go to forgetting soft silky hair. I love the product the way it was, but over a year ago they switched to a more coconut smell that just smells like bad 80s suntan oil. I just can’t handle it. I hate the smell of coconut. For now I’ll have to stop buying it in hopes they will change to smell back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try this conditioner because I know Pantene is a solid brand. However, I didn’t find it that impressive. I have fine, curly hair that tends to be dry. This product felt heavy on application, but after I rinsed it out, it didn’t feel like I had super-conditioned hair. The pearls seem like a gimmick and the smell was just okay. It’s on par with regular conditioner, I wouldn’t recommend this over anything that already works for you.

I love this conditioner. There's a LOT of slip with it, so be careful because that does transfer to the tub/shower floor. I dont love the scent, but i'm probably extra sensitive since I use fragrance free everything else except hair care. There is something in it that makes the sides of my neck & tops of my shoulders irritated and histamine-y for a bit after the shower, but that's likely the fragrance.

It Stinks
This product gave me an asthma attack. If you have even the smallest fragrance allergy, this is not for you. All fragrances are made from toxic chemicals. Look up NIH white paper: "Fragranced consumer products: exposures and effects from emissions"

Improved formula is inferior
I have loved the original product for years but they recently changed the formula to include moisture “pearls”. It is now a different product and leaves my hair too oily. I loved loved the original product but now must find a different brand.

Saved my hair
I have very dry and damaged hair and I was about to chop it all off until I found this product. Nothing has ever worked for me like this conditioner. I am so shocked at how new my hair looks after every shower. I couldn’t recommend this enough!! It’s a little bit on the pricey side but it’s 1000% worth it.
