Bad smell
I originally liked the way this shampoo and conditioner made my hair feel, but the smell is awful! It has a kind of rubber smell to it that just gets worse as the day goes on. Very disappointing.

love it ! does not cause shedding
loveeee this, I have medium porosity hair and this makes hair washing day a dream. super hydrating and helps frizz. I do want to mention it helps unclog hair follicles. sometimes it may look like hair fall out but no fear, we are supposed to lose 100-200 strands a day to make room for new growth. when you have longer hair it can look like more as well.

cause so much hair shedding ):
just a few things for everyone to consider before purchasing! i have long fine hair, with some slight texture. pros: - smells goods - leaves hair soft - isn’t heavy/doesn’t weigh fine hair down cons: - oh my gosh, SO MUCH HAIR SHEDDING!! - can leave hair a little frizzy i switched to this shampoo/conditioner after using redken extreme lengths which i love but with how expensive it is, was looking for a more affordable option. after the first few washes i had some shedding but assumed it was just due to the switch in products. it’s been about two months and i have so much fallout/shedding everytime i wash/condition/brush my hair. when i wash it, the strands come out in clumps which is something that never happened when using redken and only started when using this shampoo (no other life factor changes like stress, etc). in fact, when using my redken shampoo i only had a hair or two fall out with each wash which is a crazy difference from the 10-15 hairs i lose in a wash just alone now. i feel like the overall density of my hair has thinned out so much and i honestly regret starting to use this shampoo/conditioner. as much as i hate paying the price for redken, the overall quality, growth, and health of my hair is so much better using redken compared to this product. i’m still hoping to find a good cheaper alternative, but for now with be going back to redken extreme lengths.

Soft, Shiny, and Hydrated Curls/Waves!
This whole line is absolutely amazing! I have wavy/curly hair that is starting to go gray, and this delivers the perfect amount of moisture to my dry and frizzy curls. I use the shampoo, conditioner, serum, and water treatment. My hair is soooo soft, and even my second day hair is great! PLEASE don't stop making this line of products!

I don't know what kind of crack is in the shampoo and conditioner but I am in love my hair is so soft after just one wash with the shampoo And then even more soft Not frizzy and so bouncy and shiny After the conditioner This is crazy I don't think I'm ever gonna use any other shampoo and conditioner having natural hair I need all the moisture I can get in this shampoo and conditioner definitely does The job Keep up the great work guys Is all I can say

Makes your hair shed
I bought this for my daughter and it’s making her hair fall out! She’s only 11 years old. Shedding like crazy! I didn’t think much of it as I brushed her hair until I noticed my son complaining about his hair falling out after using it. This stuff is awful. Do not use it unless you want to be bald!

This shampoo fixed my scalp
I have had dandruff and itchy scalp basically my whole life. I followed in my father’s footsteps and used his Head & Shoulders when I was a kid. My scalp would get itchy and scaly so fast. Now, I use THIS shampoo, and follow it with a Head & Shoulders conditioner. I RARELY even think about my scalp anymore, because it’s healthy! I’ve been doing this for years and the only time I have scalp issues is when I mix it up and try a different shampoo. And I can use any other conditioner or hair mask like once a week, but otherwise I have to keep using the Head & Shoulders conditioner. My guess is the hyaluronic acid in the shampoo hydrates my scalp, and the active ingredient in the conditioner leaves the medicine behind to keep working to keep scales from developing.

heavy buildup
I wanted to like this conditioner but Everytime I used it my hair was left feeling weighted down with a heavy buildup. I felt like I had to immediately wash my hair with a clarifying shampoo. I would not recommend this.
