I’d give this 0 stars if I could but I’ll give it one because it smells so good m. Used it once, got the worst dandruff I have ever had in my whole life. My scalp is SO itchy. Terrible experience.

I do not recommend this product and willl neverrrr use it again. I’ve been loosing clumps of my hair and thought it was natural shedding until I took a picture of my scalp and was dumbfounded. I’ve been using this for 3 months and me and husband have been balding.

I was excited to use this shampoo and it felt like it made my hair softer but I guess it made it too soft to the point where clumps of hair were coming out!!!!!!! It’s making me lose hair!!! I did some more digging and others have said the same!!!

Severe reaction : head & body
Date: Last Monday night. This product smells amazing. Feeling smooth and healthy during a final rinse. But immediately after I got out of the shower, my skin was slightly itchy, as I got dressed and ready to blow dry, my skin got itchier. (I wash my hair and style it at night and body rinse in the morning) as the night went on, I was constantly itching my skin all over my body, my ears, my face, my neck, my feet even. A severe itch that went on for about 2 nights, the 3rd night it got better. I didn’t sleep for 60 hours because of how bad my itching was. The morning after the wash, the shower felt amazing. Things got better but then progressively worsened in the office. I was itching so hard. I started to get light headed, my ears were red, my throat felt like it was closing up. I felt like I was going to pass out. Benadryl didn’t do the job. It was about a 30 minute temporary fix and that’s not sufficient for dosage. Benadryl anti itch cream did help. I put it on during the day, again as needed, and before bed. Only thing is that waking up in flakes of dried cream is beyond me. But I’d rather that than lose more sleep! I had to cancel my hair appointment for the weekend. I purchased a sensitive skin laundry detergent while I was having severe itches to lighten any more possible discomfort. It only affected my whole work week and I slept through a whole day after I was feeling little to no itches. I almost convinced myself I had head and body lice. All is good now. I remember this happening to me about 3-4 years ago when I was in college and wanted to try this product. I’m not allergic to anything else but my body hates this stuff!! Note: unfortunately I didn’t take photos because I was internally and almost visibly externally freaking out of the reaction my body had to this product. I felt like I purchased this to die. Also - NO RETURNS UNLESS YOU used A TARGET REWARDS MEMBER CARD to purchase.

Not good for thin, greasy hair!!
I have to wash my hair every day. Even if I wash it the night before, I have to wash it again in the morning. I got this shampoo and double washed my hair. When it dried, it was still greasy. Definitely do not recommend for those that have thin, easily oily hair like myself.
