A: You sign up through Quip which buyer beware has zero phone support, & ridiculously bad customer service. Good luck if you have any issues on your credit card transactions etc.

A: The subscription is through quip not Target and you can sign up via quip's website. The refill plans are fully automated to generate an order every 3 months after your initial order date.

A: quip Sonic Toothbrushes should be completely fine to use with any orthodontic work, however, we always recommend consulting with your dentist if you have any specific questions or concerns about using quip alongside your dental work, as your dentist will know your needs best.

A: Our quip Sonic Toothbrush is covered under warranty in its first year after purchase!

A: Our standard quip Sonic Toothbrushes are powered by a AAA battery that can be swapped out every 3 months with your Brush Head. We do offer Rechargeable Sonic Toothbrushes, however, and if you opt for one of those, a Magnetic Charging Cable will be included with your purchase.

A: We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble. You can remove your brush head by gripping the head and handle in opposite hands, bristles facing away from you. Place your thumb on the dots, then gently pull the head off in a slight arc motion (don’t snap it directly backwards). If you're still having trouble, get in touch at www.getquip.com/pages/faq

A: The quip Kids Electric Toothbrush contains a Small Brush Head and a rubber handle for easier grip, so this may be a good option for you. However, our Brush Heads are compatible with all handles we offer, so you can use a Small Brush Head on any of our Standard Electric Toothbrush options if preferred.

A: All of our Standard Brush Heads are soft and use DuPont nylon bristles for a gentle cleaning.

A: quip Toothbrushes come equipped with a 2-minute timer with 30-second pulses to let you know when to move to the next quadrant.
