A: This did not smash my bristles flat. I guess it all depends on your specific toothbrush but for a one fits most, I think it would be safe to assume it does not smash your bristles.

Do not recommend
I should have read the reviews prior - smell is rancid. I'm a year post partum and the chemical smell still made me nauseous. I purchased this for my toddler's toothbrush but I won't be using it due to the terrible smell. Save your money!!

Strong chemical smell
I literally said it smells like poison lol. As soon as you open the pod, there's a strong overwhelming smell. The strength of the smell goes away but I'm only using it b/c I need a cover. I don't know how it's safe. Won't be buying again.

lol… so yes, it does clip on to the brush. And it even probably sanitizes it, which I’ll take on a vacation because you know toothbrushes sit on some nasty surfaces (wet hotel sinks). But man it smells like an embalmed frog on dissection day in science class. As you brush your teeth, the smell of the kiss you gave grandma in her open casket will return to your lips once more, lingering until the end of your vacation. But hey, less germs. I just needed a toothbrush cover and I thought this one was cute. I didn’t read throw enough to see that it had a sentence inside. It smells pretty gross. I’m not gonna lie. It’s very strong and chemically. It would’ve been just fine without the little scented pocket. I even tried to remove the scent to see if I could use it and I couldn’t. I would just recommend to buy a cheap one. Don’t waste your money on this. It smells really terrible.

thymol smell is nasty
I just needed a toothbrush cover and missed the part where it was extremely strongly scented with thymol. Thymol is a pungent mix of herby and cleaning chemical smell. Without a scent it would be fine
