DO NOT BUY - MOLD
Toothbrush worked great and I liked the timer, but the inside of the replacement head was filled with mold that was black, my jaw dropped and I immediately threw away before writing this review. Another commenter has a picture, that is what mine looked like.

Power button not working
I bought this toothbrush 4 months ago. I love the way it cleans my teeth. It's very easy to use. However, about two weeks ago the power button started acting up. I have tto push it several times to get the toothbrush to stay on, and sometimes I just give up because the tootbrush will NOT stay on. There is no warranty infomration on this toothbrush anywhere I have been able to find. Maybe it was on the packaging, but that has long since been discarded as I never thought I would need it.

This thing needs to be recalled. The head comes off so easily, I just almost impaled my eyeball with the handle after the head got stuck in my cheek while brushing my back teeth. Now I have a bruise under my eye and my back teeth are still not clean.

Good but grows mold
I love this toothbrush, it works really well. However, when I went to change the head it was incredibly moldy inside…gross!! Had to clean it well with disinfecting bleach. I’ve had plenty other battery operated toothbrushes and none have ever done that. So now I have to separate the head and rinse the inside “head holder” well & let it thoroughly dry. Kind of a pain but I do like it a lot so I’ll keep using it.

Awesome Toothbrush If It Could Reach the Back!
This toothbrush is great as a to-go tooth brush. I like brushing my teeth after lunch and I've always used a manual brush because the electric brushes have weighed too much to throw in my bag. This brush weighs close to nothing! The sonic vibrations are enough that I can feel them going to work on my plaque but not so that it begins to irritate my gums. I definitely can feel a difference with how clean my teeth feel after using this brush. The only downside is that it's too big to reach my teeth in the back! This made me so upset because I really like this brush. My mouth is not small so I think Colgate should rethink the size of the head to make it easier to reach in the back. When they do I will definitely be buying this toothbrush.

Affordable and gets the job done
First impression is that this toothbrush is definitely more affordable and it seems to do the same job as the more expensive brands/models. I switched to this because it is battery operated, and the other expensive ones are rechargeable which I feel do not last long because of water damage which is frustrating since they are super expensive.

Why a title
Works alright for the price, however, make sure you are taking the head off EVERY time you use the toothbrush otherwise you will get water up in it and it will go gross on you QUICK, the entire inside of the head is open so it has to dry out completely.

GETTING THE OLD BATTERIES OUT AND NEW ONES IN IS A NIGHTMARE. HAVE TO TAKE A THIN BLADED KNIFE AND PRY OUT BOTH BATTERIES. IS THERE SOMETHING I'M MISSING? THERE SHOULD BE AN EASIER WAY TO GET THE BATTERIES OUT. MY WIFE LOVES THE TOOTHBRUSH THE ONLY PROBLEM I SEE, AND IT'S A VERY BIG PROBLEM, IS REPLACING THE BATTERIES.

Just What We Needed
