    Excellent Toothbrush

    I have using this toothbrush for a couple of weeks and I like it. I also have the older style toothbrush with the removal brush and replaceable battery. The new one is much easier to use and to recharge the internal battery.

    If you have the old, you need the new.

    Had the old model and bought the new Ultra Lite Sonic. The only reason I only gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is because the color choices were not my favorite. The cleaning is insanely good. The vibrations are 10 times better than the previous model. The handle is nice to hold and angles perfectly in the mouth. The magnetic mount is everything. EVERYTHING. Worth the money and worth the upgrade.

    Loving my new sonic brush!!

    Amazing Upgrade! I had the original Quip brush that was launched and had to replace it after years. All the issues with the battery, brush head etc is solved with this new design and I love it. I actually feel like I do after visiting the dentist every day. I cannot recommend this brush enough. Bonus - the colour!!!

    Useless Dead Weight

    When this product works it works very well. Unfortunately the pressure sensor renders it effectively useless as an electric toothbrush. Most of the time the pressure sensor completely kills the vibration and yells at you the second the brush touches your teeth. Do not buy, unless they remove the pressure sensor.

    Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback. The built in pressure sensor was designed to help protect your teeth and gums and prevent harsh brushing. Unlike manual toothbrushes, you don't need to apply any pressure when using our Ultra Lite, just glide the bristles over your teeth and let the vibrations do all the cleaning!     A great toothbrush!

    This is an excellent toothbrush, especilaly for travel. It has a great battery life and works very well. The vibration level is comfortable and doesn’t irritate your gums. It does a good job removing plaque and doesn’t require a lot of pressure to get your teeth cleaned. Overall very happy with this toothbrush. This toothbrush was gifted by quip.

    BUY THE OLD VERSION

    Prior to purchasing this toothbrush I owned the original Sonic toothbrush, that is skinner and CHEAPER. It lasted me over 5 years!!!!! Once it finally took its last breath I thought I would "upgrade" by buying this new and "improved" version.... I can not stand it. The stand that it sits on is a mold collector, the head falls off, the vibration settings are not as good, and I honestly prefer having a battery not having to think about it and simply replacing the battery when it comes with my subscription rather than having YET ANOTHER charger that I need to keep track of and search for a cube. Just buy the OG version cheaper and seriously just a better product overall.

    We're so sorry to hear about your experience. Our stands have a build in drainage holes to ensure no gunk is able to collect over time but we always recommend wiping your handle down after use. Our Brush Pods for our Ultra Lite are designed to securely lock in place and should never dislodge when gliding your bristles over your teeth. Please discontinue use and look out for an email from our team so we can look into this ASAP!

    Great features!

    For the first time I feel my teeth are really clean! I have a lot of plaque build up on my bottom teeth and this got rid of it in just a few days of use. I also love the sleep and aesthetic design on my bathroom counter.

    Very light weight

    I love the Ultra lite. It is so light weight. The handle texture is great for a great grip & the shape is easy to hold. I feel very clean after brushing! I’m one who uses too much pressure but this brush helps guide me in to using less.

    After the first 3 months it died and wouldn’t stay charged for more than a week and I can’t figure out the correct placement for the charger and nothing indicated when/if it’s even charging

    Sorry to hear about your experience so far. Your brush should be lasting for several weeks after a full charge, so make sure to snap the magnetic charger cable on the back, directly below the double dots for at least 8 hours, you should see a gentle glowing light to indicate it's connected to the right spot.     Orthodontist Approved!

    If you love a clean, aesthetic bathroom counter and travel frequently, but still want a dentist-level clean, the quip Ultra Lite is an absolute home run.     Too narrow

    I don't like this long narrow format. Seems like it's not enough surface area for a quality brush. I prefer the circle style.

    Easy to Use

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toothbrush is very easy and comfortable to use. It has a nice weight and sleek feel while also being one of my favorite colors. I have a small mouth and the head is not huge like most other electric toothbrushes. I love the vibrations that tell you when to switch sides and the effective but soft buzzing. Overall it is a great toothbrush and I would recommend it to others.

    First, the toothbrush cleans well. What I don't like.. 1. They use DHL to ship. Took 9 days to arrive. 2. It doesn't come with a power supply. 3. The buttons are black, the same as the toothbrush. Hard to see. Also, the buttons are located right where you hold the brush so sometimes you turn it off accidentally
