Allegic to flax
Of all the arbitrary things in recent years including flaxseed or flaxseed oil, I never thought I would have to worry about bar soap being one of them. I’m so allergic to flaxseed oil and flaxseed. Why? I don’t understand why you would change something that’s been a staple for so many people for so long. This had to be one of your biggest selling items and probably not for much longer.

New formula is not good
Nobody likes the new formula. It lacks the smell we all loved. It doesn’t lather up as well. Better take this seriously and switch back or lose customers left and right!

Formula change
I am saddened by the new formula change. The smell is not there anymore. It doesn't lather as much anymore. I feel like its just watered down. I dnt feel clean as before when using your products. Why the change??? My family and I have been using your products for years but now we have to fined something else.

Don't like the new version!
I've used your product for decades and would buy it in bulk. After my most recent purchase, I noticed the smell and feel were not the same. Then I looked it up and, yes, you changed the formula! Despite your claims, the smell is not the same, not even close. The feel is different as well. I did not feel as clean as I did using the original product. Is it still available under a different name? If not, I'm done being a customer. Sorry.

I buy the classic bars you get at discount stores because it doesn't have flaxseed oil in it but I'm starting to think you guys added flaxseed oil to it because now it's pretty much the same as the orginal bars? Did you guys add flaxseed oil to the classic bars last year?

Gone way downhill.
The soap has changed for the worse. I’ve used the original for many years and recently had to purchase a new package. I’m glad I only bought two bars of the new, I will be throwing it away and finding a new product.

No lather + different smell = no more for me
I’ve been using Irish Spring for decades, but this is my last purchase. I don’t like the lack of lathering or the change in scent. Irish Spring’s scent used to be strong, but I can barely smell it now.

Brand-destroying reformulation
Like everyone else has said, this soap is very different and way worse than before. Signature scent is gone, replaced with something chemical and sickly sweet. Left me feeling greasy after a shower. I've been a lifelong buyer, but am throwing away the 12 pack I bought and will never buy another Irish Spring product again until they restore the OG with the original scent.

THE NEW REDO IS AWFUL!
This new redo of the "Original" is not good. The smell is HORRIBLE, it burns my nose and makes my sinuses hurt.... and breaks me out... like my skin was burned!!!!!!!!!! The "WITH FLAXSEED OIL" was soooo AMAZING!!!! NO QUALMS ABOUT IT, WHATSOEVER!!!! Everyone I know that uses Irish Spring stopped using it over the last 6 to 7 months. It's not just the color of the soap and packaging that's changed, but the scent. Why can't we ALL get with FLAXSEED OIL, and one without?! I am sure nobody would mind the 1 with Aloe being gone to compensate keeping the new "Original" and then the one that we started getting in 2021 until 2025 that was "ORIGINAL WITH FLAXSEED OIL!!!!" PLEASE!!!! 🙏🏻

I’m sorry to say that I cannot continue to support this product. The formula change has eliminated the good fragrance that was once the key selling point for the soap. I’m not really sure why they changed the formula but the soap is now just an ordinary, I have cheap soap product.
