I just had hand surgery, so manual flossing isn’t an option for me these days. I got this to use for daily use. It worked ok, though at times uncomfortably “sharp” water pressure and a reservoir that needed to be refilled to complete each use. Then, after 4 weeks, it still turned on, but would not even spit out any water. I’ve cleaned the inside, the tubing, tips and connections but it just won’t move water anymore. Now it’s just a noisy paperweight.

I am a type 1 diabetic and over the years, this disease has caused my gums to deteriorate resulting in loss of teeth. After numerous recommendations from my dental hygienist I finally broke down and bought this device. I regret not purchasing sooner. Within 5 days of use, I noticed a difference in my gums. They feel healthier and I have had less pain and discomfort when eating. My only regret is not purchasing this 2-3 years ago.

The water flosser was quite disappointing. The on/off switch is not a push button, but rather a slide switch that does not move easily. This is problematic with a mouthful of water in the process of flossing. Also, the recharging plug is very difficult to remove from the charger. Given Waterpik’s reputation as a leader in this area, along with the price, I find these drawbacks unacceptable. I have replaced it with an Aquasonic flosser without any problems and significantly cheaper.

Terrible. The hole to fill is in the center of the water reservoir. Dumb. Also it cracked after two months. The water reservoir does not stay in place when full and slips out so you have to hold it in place.
