    Worked for only a few months then died.

    I am extremely disappointed with this. I bought it in April of 2026 and it died August 1st. I searched for all trouble shooting guides and methodically went through all of them to try and revive the machine to no avail. I did not abuse it, neglect to charge it, or take care of the device. It simply just stopped working. This was my first experience with a water flosser and I will never trust this technology again. Phillips usually delivers on their products with excellent quality. They have unfortunately failed terribly with this one

    Quits charging

    I’m just outside the 2-year warranty and the battery will no longer charge. I’ve cleaned the connections for the charger. I’ve run through all troubleshooting. It worked fine up until it stopped charging. For the price it should last longer.

    Water compartment poor design

    Honestly, I wanted to love this very much! But after having this product for just under a year. I noticed mold buildup where you added water. No matter how many times I air dry it, dry it out with paper towels. The design is just flawed. Ended up throwing away the water compartment entirely and use the top half only. Due to the tub it just safer and easier to use a cup

    Big disappointment!

    I bought my flosser last Sept, 2025, 8 months ago, and It now loses power when I have used about 1/4 of the water. The jet stream dribbles to stop. I've been gentle with the unit and charged it as needed. This malfunction shouldn't happen. Big disappointment! Was recommended by my dental hygienist.

    This product doesn`t last.

    Doesn't last. I bought mine 8 months ago and two days ago it stopped working, it only hums. It was fully charged. I left it connected overnight to see if that would help, but nothing. It just hums now.

    Replacement tips unavailable

    The flosser is fine. However, replacement tips are sold out everywhere but Philips parts store, which has an excessive shipping charge. Is Philips phasing this model out?

    Can't give any positives product doesn't work

    I would give 0 stars if I could I have now purchased 2 of these and both right out of the box were defective. I would recommend another BRAND that actually works out of the box
