Just a couple minor issues
It works fine, and the appearance is nice and subtle. The white rubber band to keep extra cord neat is a nice touch. However, there are a number of little design issues that I find baffling. The worst aspect is the power button. It's a clicky button, and turning the pump on and off feels and looks exactly the same. Also, the spring is so strong that you have to hold the body of the device (even when it's full!) to keep it from simply sliding across the counter. (No suction cups on the feet, either.) The previous model had a nice flip switch. Why did they make it worse? It's weird that I rotate the knob *down* to *increase* the pressure. I don't think I've ever seen a knob use down to mean up before. The reservoir is asymmetric. It only installs one way, and the lid only opens on one side. But for some reason they went out of their way to make it appear symmetric. It's like they're trying to confuse people. In some of the review photos, there's a hard plastic case for the attachments. Cool. Mine came with only a cheap plastic bag, which was hard to open. I think Cory Doctorow has a word for this. Overall, these are minor complaints. It does what it's supposed to. It's just strange that they've been making these devices for over half a century, and still struggling with basic design concepts. The power button should have been perfected decades ago.

Positive: Very strong water pressure. Negative: Terrible weep point—a small hole in the back constantly drains water onto the countertop. It is also very difficult to clean between the seams, which gradually turned green. It stopped working after about a year. I hated it so much that I did not even bother calling for a warranty replacement; I simply threw it in the trash. The water-delivery tube also lost its shape after a few months.

Not worth the money, some features made poorly
Pressure and reservoir are great and as advertised. However, 2 huge issues that would have me returning it if I could. One, the cord doesn’t wrap around neatly/easily so it’s left hanging most days. Second, it’s a flip up/down for the on and off water and it gets stuck so if you’re positioned in your mouth where you need to be and go to turn it on it’ll not click on and you have to forcefully do it or take it out completely and move it a few times to loosen the switch a bit and then try again. I’ve actually hurt my mouth by trying to get it to switch on and the tip jamming into it.

Compact
Needed to replace my old Waterpik as it was leaking after many years of use so we replaced both of our. This takes up less room on the countertop and seems quieter also. Does not seem to have the pressure that our previous ones had though but still pleased.

A well made and easy to use.
It is quite for what it is. Lining up the water reservoir is easy and sure. On and off control fine. The water pressure and constant is fine. It works as advertised. How long it w I’ll last, it is too soon to tell. It works very solidly. The four stars should be somewhere between a 4.6-4.8. To me at price it is very fine product. I would recommend this product.

I do like the device for the most part
I am overall pleased with the WF-33W010 oral water flosser. I like the pressure, the small footprint, the hinged lid, and the magnetic base to secure the hand wand. I am not a fan of the pump running nonstop when turned on. I liked a former product I had that the pump only ran when the switch was slid to open the water valve. But this dislike is minimal. The previous product started leaking at the base and wand so I had to discard it. Hoping for long service from this Waterpik.

It is easy to use, has a nice assortment of picks to try out, the head swivels easily for good access. But it sure is loud! I wrap a small towel around it and that helps a lot.

Where Have You Been All My Life
I can't believe I went 33 years of my life without using a waterpik. If you care about your oral health, this tool is a must!! While it isn't cheap by any means, it has improved how clean my mouth feels and it works so well in conjunction with flossing. I was shocked how well designed it is. The tool is magnetized and sits flush against the housing unit, and the cord never gets tangled, it wraps up perfectly every time. The basin in super easy to fill and empty, and overall it works really well. I use level 3-4, but I hope to work my way up soon. Level 10 seems like it would blow a hole in my mouth lol, but maybe some people need that!

Great Features

So, who pays attention to quality control anyways!
The concept is great. The design and materials are garbage. It leaks. The accessories holder (top) has slots for 4 items. It comes with has 6. The coiled pik cable is stiff thus the slightest tug pulls the lightweight canister. I've had it one month and won't be surprised if it lasts me just a few more. It just really is a horrendously poor quality product.
