A: I returned this waterpik because it broke in under 2 months.. this was a three pulse waterpik and now I have athe new one is the one pulse.. I agree.. I can't travel without my waterpik.. read the reviews of this product on the internet.. the three pulse one... I hope you find this useful...

A: Hello hetal - Yes, the reservoir is dishwasher safe. Just remember it should only go on the top rack and make sure you turn the heated dry cycle off. It's best to let it air dry.

OK, never owned a waterpik product before, But was told since I’m going to live on it 2018 Leopard 40 catamaran for several months at a time, I should probably start flossing a bit more than Christmas and my birthday. I have to say, I was actually shocked at how much residual food chunks. It actually got out in between my teeth. This was even after brushing! I totally recommend this product and can’t say enough good about it!

Extremely difficult to use since you need to hold it at a specific angle to allow the water to flow. The bigger waterpik is better since you can use any angle. Also this is advertised as dishwasher safe but that’s not true. You can’t effectively clean the water basin in the dishwasher since the hole is so tiny.

It works fine, but they don't provide a wall plug with it. The proprietary (of course) charging cord ends in a male USB plug. What? Why? Who has a USB port in their bathroom??? It's another 5 or 10 bucks on my end, if they bought them in bulk it would probably cost 50 cents for them to provide one. I would have given a 5 star review for a pick that costs a little bit more and comes with a complete, functioning plug. Another weasely little way to gouge the consumer.

The previous model water flosser was WAY better. This "new" version is AWFUL! First off, it does not hold an adequate amount of water. Second, the charger does not come complete. It only comes with a USB charging cable. I purchased this water flosser in March - its now July and the battery is basically not functioning. I use it for 2-3 days and have to charge it again because the battery is dead. Buy another product. Do not waste your money on this one. I'm so disappointed. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
