Worked for about 3 weeks, then stopped. I’ve tried multiple battery replacements and still doesn’t work. It was great for those 3 weeks but I expected it to work longer

The expected lifespan of our adult battery powered toothbrushes is approximately 4 years when brushing twice per day, and we're sorry that wasn't the case for you. Since yours stops working much sooner than that, and changing the batteries doesn't help, it's possible it's not up to our high-quality standards. Some additional tips to get the best performance from your toothbrush is to not to press the brush too hard against your teeth and let the bristles do the work. Also, be sure to rinse the brush thoroughly after each use and use quality alkaline batteries that are inserted properly. I’m so confused by all of the good reviews. This toothbrush drips toothpaste everywhere. I don’t know where it’s coming out of, but it runs down the brush and all over my hand while trying to brush. Positive note is that it is really strong and brushes well.

We're glad you like how well the Pro Clean toothbrush cleans your teeth, and are sorry you're unhappy with the design. We recommend to use sufficient, but not too much toothpaste. During brushing, the brush should be placed inside the mouth and the mouth should be closed as much as possible to minimize spilling etc. Also important to ensure the brush head is properly cleaned after each brush session to ensure the hole at the front of the brush head is not clogged as this might lead to more spatter. This left a noticeable difference on my teeth. I’m a coffee drinker and my bottom teeth get stained the most. I noticed after first use how much it cleaned up. My teeth also feel like I went to the hygienist to have them cleaned.

I bought this works super great and never had any issues with it just when the batteries were dying. The only thing is where do you find a refillable to change the top part for black? I only see this in white.

Junk. I opened it and put the batteries in and immediately it turned on and couldn't turn it off. I finally got it to stop. The next day, I tried to use it and it was already dead. Don't buy it.

I bought this model and it stopped working in less than 9 months. The switch to turn it on doesn't work. I am very disappointed. I have extra replacement heads I can"t use so it was money wasted.

Works well until you have to change the batteries. It is impossible to change the batteries on this one, I couldn't get the battery cover to close at first and when trying to put some force into it the cover just cracked.

We bought two of these toothbrushes. After inserting the batteries that came with the toothbrush, it would not turn on. We purchased new AA batteries and tried to turn it on with the new batteries. It still did not work. We bought another toothbrush. Same thing happened. The toothbrush would not turn on. Tried brand new batteries. Strike two with this toothbrush. We really wanted this model for traveling as we love our electric Oral B. :-(

I bought a second toothbrush and it has the same issue as the first. It works fine for < 1 minute and then freezes up and will not rotate. I will not purchase this model again.

I have bought these for years, but the last two have died before needing to replace the batteries or the brush. Used to get a year out of on replacing the batteries and brush heads every 3 months. Now I'm lucky if they last the three months. Both seem to have the rod the move the brush head go wrong. at 18 a pop its a bit rediculous.

I am very pleased with the Pro-Health battery toothbrush. It uses the same brushes as the higher end models and performs very well. It meets my needs perfectly for daily use and is especially handy when traveling. I haven't had any issue with the batteries having a short life and I brush at least 3 times a day. Great product for me!

I’ve had mine for almost three months and have replaced the batteries just fine. When I bought it, noticed the little markings of - and +, was east from there. The brush stops vibrating after the time is up and keeps going until you turn it off. Much better than the last non battery toothbrush which was more expensive.
