Q: Is the brush supposed to rotate? Mine does not, why?

A: We're sorry to hear about this. The iO handle uses the traditional back and forth cleaning motion of oscillation rotation. This means that the brush head should move with a frequency of 145 Hertz, which delivers 17,400 rotation movements per minute. A: While we do have travel cases available for purchase, we do not make covers designed to just fit over our toothbrush heads. In fact, we don't recommend covering your toothbrush between uses or storing it in a closed container as this could cause bacteria to grow.

A: You may first choose your default mode by pressing the mode button on the brush handle successively once the handle is awake (display turned on). Select a mode by pressing the on/off button. Your toothbrush will then start in the selected default mode. You may also change modes during brushing using the mode button.

Just amazing, it is in the pricier side but it is worth it. battery last long and it’s just amazing.

My mouth feels very clean after using, probably my favorite feature is that it will light up red when you are using too much pressure. I had no idea I had been brushing too hard. It gives vibrations to let you know when you have completed your 2 minute brushing session so there’s no guessing involved. Noise level is minimum and it comes with a travel case. In the app you can track your brushing sessions, and it will remind you when it is time to replace the brush head. You can adjust your mode of brushing based on sensitivity which is great. I experienced no gum bleeding as I frequently do with other toothbrushes.

The noise is a bit loud, which is not a big deal. It’s also comfortable to hold however, I have a small mouth and for me it’s difficult to utilize it properly

The matte black color is so sleek and modern. The power button helps display the available charge. The Bluetooth connected app was easy to install and configure. It recharges quickly and the battery life is great. My teeth definitely feel super clean compared to my usual manual toothbrush. My only suggestion for improvement is that I wish the kit included at least one replacement brush head.

You can really feel it cleaning, like a dentist-level polish every time. The first mode felt too strong for me, but once I switched to the Sensitive mode, it became way more comfortable. First of all when I opened this up the toothbrush was absolutely filthy with cardboard particle. It should be in a plastic bag to protect it from that. Secondly there is no case for the toothbrush head itself which I don’t love, if it’s sitting out in your counter it should have a cover and a toothbrush this expensive should come with one. Third, I hate how thick the neck of the toothbrush is, it is uncomfortable and feels more like a tool rather than a toothbrush. This is not for me, I’m sticking with the one I love.
