Too big for me.
I have a rather small mouth for an adult. Even on #1, it was almost too big. The bitewings were too big and sat on my gums weird. It was quite uncomfortable! To try to give anyone an idea, I always had to use the childrens flouride mouth trays and the standard bitewing x-rays barely fit in my mouth. I don't recommend this for small-mouthed adults.

My go-to nights guards for 20+ years
I felt compelled to write this after reading all the negative reviews. These are my favorite night guards ever!! I come back to them again and again. There is no messy set up. The rigid bite material lasts a full six months. And 2 guards in one box. Fuggedaboutit! As a bruxism sufferer for 20+ years, I can’t recommend these enough.

I like that it isn’t super bulky in my mouth. Others are bulky and make me feel like I can’t breathe or make me gag. I like that you can adjust the size of it. What I don’t like is that the part that goes between your teeth are pretty hard and kinda hurt if you bite on them too hard for too long. My biggest dislike is that it does in your mouth loosely and it fell out of my mouth sometime in the middle of the night. I’d say it works if it stays where it’s supposed to

Slit my bottom gum outside of my 2nd back left molar
This dental guard slit my bottom Left gum along the gum line of my 2nd from back left molar. I was wondering why I was feeling pain and good thing I looked in the mirror and then I saw the slit on my gum, which is open red. I will rinse with salt water and hope this heals. Had I known this would happen, I would have never bought this product and just go to my dentist to have them make me a traditional nightguard. 1-7-26 9pm

Allergenic materials?
I have an issue with clenching, not grinding. I’ve tried a couple other night guards that made me gag most of the time and were too bulky. From the first night, I thought this one was perfect. Until it made my mouth start peeling after three night of wear. I don’t know what they make it out of that made my mouth react like that, but I am so sad.

I don't quite get what they were trying to accomplish with this. It's hard plastic that isn't comfortable in the mouth and moves around alot in your mouth. I used the 30 day warranty to get a refund after just a day of use as it doesnt work well.

DenTek Comfort Fit Night Guard
I bought these after trying several other types of mouth/teeth guards and this was the closest design I was looking for so I was hopeful that my search was over. I gave it a try for a few hours the first night I brought it home and sadly, it is not what I was hoping for in results. The inside of my cheeks hurt very badly from the guards and I had to take them out several times throughout the night. It def was worth trying but I’m going to return mine as well. I think if there were a bit more of the blue form for your teeth to rest on perhaps they might not hurt as much? Back to the drawing board to see if there might be another guard product out there that is exactly what I am looking for to correct my bite issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using a custom, dentist-recommended dental guard for about a year now due to teeth grinding and jaw clenching at night. As you may know, these are generally not cheap. When this Dentek dental guard became available, I was skeptical at best. However, I have found that its slim profile is actually much more comfortable than my custom guard and seems to work just as well. It was incredibly easy to mold around my teeth, much easier than other store-bought guards I’ve bought in the past. It also comes with two dental guards, which I absolutely LOVE! Not only do you have a backup in case you lose one or mess up your first mold, but it also makes it so much easier for when you’re traveling. Overall, I’m very pleased with this product and would purchase if needed in the future.

2 pack is good as I already lost one. This was somewhat helpful until I got a new night guard from the dentist. It’s like bite wings. The guards don’t fit very well and was constantly rubbing my gums. Wearing and inserting It constantly makes me gag and vomit to wear it. Better to invest in the night guard at your dentist

Stops Grinding
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start by saying that I have never been a fan of any mouth guards. I do grind my teeth from time to time when stressed and this is probably the best one I have tried so far. It comes with a nice case, doesn’t need to boil to mold, and it much slimmer than others. If you need a guard that is less obtrusive and doesn’t break the bank, this is a good option. This review was part of an incentivized campaign.

He says it’s Comfortable and he has no problem breathing. The one thing he didn’t like is the carrying case. It’s a little tricky to open.
