I couldn’t do it and tossed it after 2 attempts. The textureeeee. Taste is fine, but it’s obvious you’re swishing room temp coconut oil and I cannot. I bet it works great! Oil pulling is just not for me I don’t think.

This stuff is gross. Tried it once. If you enjoy mildly minty weird cooking oil in your mouth, you’ll like this. I can’t imagine keeping this in my mouth for any amount of time. I threw it out. I’ll stick with toothpaste, mouthwash and floss.

this is a great oil pulling product! I have used several times and enjoy this over using just coconut oil and swishing. this is not a mouth wash, it is for oil pulling. learn about oil pulling before buying this if you dont know what to expect. for everyone here saying it is too oily and thick, etc and giving low reviews, I dont think they realize they are using a product that is for oil pulling, hence it has really coconut oil and other essential oils, etc. this is a great entry point for people who have never oil pulled or those who dont like coconut oil by itself.
