I love these. I had emergency abdominal surgery a few months ago after a relatively rapid health decline. I started taking these recently to help my gut repair and heal and they really are great. I tried Culturelle but experienced a lot of stomach discomfort, bloating and pain. I haven't had any of those issues with the Nature Made ones.
