I love these! I can totally tell a difference. My stomach was always hurting/ sour/crampy but since taking these it has significantly improved! I did start using the ones with B12 initially but my complete B vitamins help more with energy then when it was in these so I switched to this one and continue to take my B vitamin separately which is what I prefer but both probiotics work the same and great for stomach issues! They are pretty big and a little hard and very chewy, not like a fruit snack gummy you can tell there is way more to these. I like the flavor, it tastes just like raspberry and cherry.
