A: No, this product is our classic Flatter Me which is formulated with a blend of 18 full-spectrum digestive enzymes that help break down major nutrients to optimize the digestive process and reduce bloating. It is not the same as our Flatter Me Fiber which is a powder formula. The only HUM products we do not recommend taking with birth control are our Hormone Balance and SOS PMS Gummies. On the whole I feel pretty “regulated” and it’s an easy supplement to take. Sometimes these types of supplements have caused stomach pain or irregularity but haven’t felt any of those.
