  • A: It's a liquid capsule, so you can't crush it. I have difficulty swallowing some things, but this goes down with no problem. That's why I get these and not tablets. Where I work, we use to poke holes in liquid caps and put the liquid down feeding tubes.

    I'm not sure it will help.

    The label claims in big letters that this magnesium supports nerve, heart, and bone health, but 95% of the formula is magnesium oxide. This form has very low absorption and does not provide the advertised benefits. The marketing does not match the actual ingredients. Very disappointing and misleading. What to do?

    change in formula and color is NOT GOOD

    Since the change of “color” this magnesium is not as effective. As in other reviews, there is a change in the ingredients and it is DOES make a difference in the effectiveness.

    Stay away from this type of Magnesium

    You should be sued for how misleading your label is! Magnesium oxide is not like other magnesium. It’s nothing more than a laxative! I didn’t realise until my stomach got wrecked! I wish I had looked at the reviews… turns out this used to be a good product until you replaced it with cheap oxide. Maybe it’s time you listened to your consumers. I’m staying away from this brand forever.

    A godsend for leg cramps

    My legs cramped up every night. I was told to try magnesium pills. Since I take multi vitamins from Naturemqde, I decided to try their magnesium pills and what a difference’ I don’t get leg cramps anymore and can sleep peacefully.

    The capsules have changed color. Please change back. The new ones no longer are effective. I've used the previous ones for several years and never a problem but the new color ones leave me feeling bloated and constipated.

    Vitamins to replicate Multi Pak

    This is one of the various vitamins that I purchased to replicate the MULTI-VITAMIN packs that were discontinued by Nature Made couple of years ago. I had been taking these vitamins throughout my military career and afterwards, they were great and they kept me healthy i believe!

    Bad change

    My cardiologist wanted me take take this daily for my palpitations. The old kind (brown) worked great, the new (red) does not work well for me and I find I have more palpitations again. By the reviews I'm not the only one disliking the new change. Shame shame Nature's Made. Please go back to the old one because that was obviously so much better!
