Works well. I take it at night and in the morning I feel great relief. I feel slight cramping, but not too painful. It’s very easy to swallow and seems safe. I would recommend.

I just had a hysterectomy and was advised to take something to help to get things flowing again. After 2 days without anything naturally happening, I ordered these for pick up. Almost 12 hrs after my first soft gel, I felt my first relief. Trying, to stay consistent I took another and it gave me diarrhea. I think with just 1 and you’re back to normal. This stool softener does a good job of making your movements softer, so it's not as painful but doesn't get overly soft or like diarrhea, which is good. It's easy to take and doesn't create a bunch of cramps.

Natural feeling didn’t give me the runs . i’ve never been one as an adult to have digestive issues or trouble going to the bathroom. I did as a kid because I had surgery that had to do with my intestines, but as an adult never had an issue when I was starting this journey with Ozempic. one of the symptoms is diarrhea or constipation and it’s kind of scary knowing I had trouble as a child going to the restroom. I told the pharmacist what was going on and he explained to me what happens with those that your stomach slows down so the bile gets dried up, which is what makes you constipated & hard to come out so he recommended this & MiraLAX as a back up if this doesn’t do the job ,but I definitely recommend this. I took two I weigh about 230 pounds. since it states that it takes 7 to 12 hours my normal goal time in the morning before I get ready for work and shower is around 7:30 so I took it around 7:30 at night just in case the time around the time I would be home because as much as it says, it won’t give you you know the certain urge to go. You never know how your body will react to something and then you gotta go when you gotta go, especially being at work or in public. I’m writing a detailed review because I noticed most of the reviews on here are manufacturer reviews. If people will probably get the product for free if they leave a review so I hope this helps somebody. As for me, I didn’t have any cramping bloating or anything. I just woke up did my morning routine and felt like I had to go and I went.

Easy to take , easy to chew, but is almost always very difficult to get all of the paper wrapper off. I store it correctly.
