Knee-Chest Position: Kneel, then lower head and chest forward until left side of face is resting on surface with left arm folded comfortably. Oh my god, I had never been this constipated and nothing worded and was in so much pain. Insertion process was a weird feeling but successful, the only thing-after waiting about 5/6 minutes I had even more painful cramping then before for 2 minutes max, but then, EVERYTHING out. I feel so much better, the pain was definitely worth it.

Worked IMMEDIATELY!! Instant relief. It’s been almost 2 weeks for me prior to using this product. I tried osmotic laxatives and suppositories to no avail. This was the only thing that did the job.

It worked instantly after I was done literally 10 seconds after I had to go. Miralax compared to this is garbage. Great buy. Cleans you out.

I does what its supposed to, and let me tell you, you do get that relief right away…but be aware,i did one on one day skipped a day and did another because i still felt backed up and my stomach was bloated for weeks, i just didn’t feel right, everything i ate gave me gas pain, i think this flushed my “good bacteria” because my stomach was so bloated and gassy for weeks. i was tired of gas pain that i did a 3 day juicing and seemed to resolve my stomach issues. Just don’t over do it like i did.

Be careful. Sure the product makes you go to the bathroom it also does make you have heat flashes, feel nauseous, and bloated after. You feel crappy for the day and following day. Read about the effects online before using.

I was skeptical about how well this would work, but it was this or go to the hospital. It took less than five minutes to resolve days of pain. A bit awkward to self insert as I am plus size but manageable.

If you need immediate relief or don’t want to take a laxative because you can’t tie yourself to the toilet in your house all day, this is for you!!! I was very hesitant to try it (for obvious reasons) but it seriously took maybe 5 minutes and I am all cleaned out. Stomach pain immediately alleviated, no more bloat, feel like a brand new person!!

I’m very weird about taking any medicine but after getting constipation (from a medicine I HAVE to take) that was making me extremely uncomfortable and bloated, I needed to do something. First I tried increasing fiber, and then using miralax. Both did nothing. I tried these as a last resort. I was nervous about cramping or pain and these did not cause that! A slight warming sensation in the lower belly after insertion. I did a little at a time and within a few minutes I used the restroom and felt so much better! I would definitely suggest these as a pain free option!

After being prescribed pain medication post surgery, the pain medication made me insanely constipated. I've never had this problem before and I was still in pain from the surgery so I really didn't want to endure more pain. After trying a laxative that did nothing for two days, my doctor and nurse recommended this. She was pretty sure it would work. I was terrified. But after getting the guts to try it, it worked within five minutes. Five scary minutes, but very quick results. Very thankful these exist.

Works well when you successfully insert it. I used only half a bottle . Insert not easy when you are older and stiff. Microwave a few seconds without orange cap for comfort. Ozempic caused this issue. So, med will be stopped.
