Stop use and ask a doctor if : you have rectal bleeding or no bowel movement after using this product. These could be signs of a serious condition.,you need to use a laxative for more than 1 week.

Directions

Drink a full glass (8 oz) of liquid with each dose. Dose may be taken as a single daily dose, in divided doses, or as directed by a doctor. Do not exceed the maximum recommended daily dose in a 24 hour period. For best results, remember to drink one glass of liquid with every dose!

Adults and Children 12 Years of Age and Over

2 to 4 chews.

Children 6 to Under 12 Years of Age

1 to 2 chews.

Children 4 to 6 Years of Age

1 chew.

Children Under 4 Years of Age

It contains Polyethylene glycol 3350 (PEG) which generally helps to produce a bowel movement in 1-3 days. They're gross but they work!

Okay Yall. I was so unsure after the mixed reviews, but good heavens I’m so glad I gave them a try! I was constipated for 2 1/2 weeks… I cannot do drinks. I gag, they make me sick ect but I saw these and thought okay I could so that. To be fair, these don’t taste good. Not like terrible cough syrup but just slow to chew and the taste is unpleasant still. Also made me feel sick pretty instantly. HOWEVER!!! I took 2 gummies and a ton of water and I was able to go Multiple times that day and from then on after being backed up for weeks…. So Hallelujah!! These actually work! I haven’t taken anymore since.

I am on a GLP-1 and am mindful of my regularity. I keep these on hand and just got to the end of my 2nd day w/o going. I took 2 before bed, and went immediately in the morning. I think they taste like bubblegum - was it the BEST taste? No. Was it awful? Nope. It felt like chewing bubble gum at first then it dissolved. Do any products in this category taste good? Prob not. Convenient & it worked. Glad to have it on hand.

Two stars bc you’ll eventually go but in my opinion Sennas are much better and cheaper. I cannot get over the taste and literally have to give myself to chew them. It also says take 2-4 for adults. With my experience, it doesn’t work unless you take 4.

Worst cramps ever

Omg it did work quickly. I pooped within an hour but i cramped so bad i broke out in a cold sweat and imagined it feeling like i was in birthing labor. The cramps I endured were definitely not worth it!!!!

Convenient

I take a GLP-1 so I’m always dealing with constipation. If it’s been longer than 2 days without a BM I will eat either 1/2 or 2/3 of one of these chews and within 2-6 hours I have a healthy-looking BM with no runs afterward. I urge anyone trying these for the first time to be conservative with dosing because the manufacturer recommends 2 to 4 chews for adults. If I took that much I’d give myself the runs instantaneously. Start out small (1/2 or 2/3 of a chew) and if it isn’t enough, take a little more. Remember you need to drink liquids with these too just like you would the powder, at least 8 fl oz. It aids in its efficacy. I find these more convenient than the powder.

Sadly Does NOT Work

Considering how many positive views this had, I was hoping it would be easier and faster than taking mag 07 or something like Ducolax. Sadly, I took one of these in the morning by the evening nothing had happened so I took a second one by the next morning nothing it happens so I took a third one and by the second evening I took a fourth one by the third morning still nothing. So I would have to say this was nothing more than an expensive chewy candy.

Gets the job done

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m very big on taking Pre/probiotics but sometimes you need a quick fix and this gets the job done. Doesn’t taste too crazy or anything like that and I tend to take at night so it can take effect

It did not work for my son and he hated the taste. He wanted to spit it out. He chewed it and it kept getting stuck in his teeth. Will not try this again.

So disappointed!

I LOVE how quick these are, and the chews are delicious!! I’m leaving a two star review though, because they have red 40 in them. For ZERO reason!! Why do they need to be pink? Use beets to color them, the dye is terrible for our bodies, and quite a few of us are allergic to red 40. Please consider taking the dye out of your recipe, and if that’s not an option, maybe offer a dye free equivalent? Seriously, delicious and so fast acting!! Sooooo disappointed.
