Drink a full glass (8 oz) of liquid with each dose. Dose may be taken as a single daily dose, in divided doses, or as directed by a doctor. Do not exceed the maximum recommended daily dose in a 24 hour period. For best results, remember to drink one glass of liquid with every dose!Adults and Children 12 Years of Age and Over

I’ve had a few different kinds of these supplements, even prescription, but these genuinely work great! And the flavor is helpful as well; makes it easier to want to take care of yourself. I haven’t noticed them to work within 30 minutes like the packaging suggests. They have a great berry taste and aren’t too hard to chew. Great small size and each chew is individually wrapped. Worked fast!
I’ve taken it 2 separate days and these worked great make sure you drink a water bottle or 8oz of water to help. First time went fine within 30minutes second time an hour. It tastes good as well a berry vitamin like taste.

They work but at a cost 😔
I took 2 with water and my stomach cramped and made noises I never knew they could make!! I used the restroom but will never use again I’ll stick to the powder 😣
