A: Each tablet is 8.6mg sennosides. Starting dose is 2 tabs once per day. Max dose is 4 tabs twice per day. It will depend on how constipated you are and how your body reacts. There is 25mg calcium and 2mg sodium (very low) per tablet. Personally, I started with lowest effective dose and never needed more than two tablets. Works very well without cramping or urgency.

I have been through multiple bottles of these. TMI; I’ve always had a constipation issue and especially being on a medication that causes constipation, I needed a solution. I personally didn’t want to use stool softeners on the daily and I wanted to opt for something natural. This helps me immensely! And in my opinion, it’s worked better for me than stool softeners have. It does have a slight bitter taste but you get used to it. I just only wish that Target makes these with a higher count of tablets inside.
