Uses

Use relieves occasional constipation (irregularity). This product usually produces bowel movement in 1/2 to 6 hours.

Directions

Directions drink a full glass (8 oz) of liquid with each dose, dose may be taken as a single daily dose, in divided doses, or as directed by a doctor, do not exceed the maximum recommended daily dose in a 24 hour period adults and children 12 years of age and older 2 to 4 chews children 6 to under 12 years of age 1 to 2 chews children 4 to under 6 years of age 1 chew children under 4 years of age ask a doctor

Worst cramps ever

Omg it did work quickly. I pooped within an hour but i cramped so bad i broke out in a cold sweat and imagined it feeling like i was in birthing labor. The cramps I endured were definitely not worth it!!!!

Gets the job done

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m very big on taking Pre/probiotics but sometimes you need a quick fix and this gets the job done. Doesn’t taste too crazy or anything like that and I tend to take at night so it can take effect

So disappointed!

I LOVE how quick these are, and the chews are delicious!! I’m leaving a two star review though, because they have red 40 in them. For ZERO reason!! Why do they need to be pink? Use beets to color them, the dye is terrible for our bodies, and quite a few of us are allergic to red 40. Please consider taking the dye out of your recipe, and if that’s not an option, maybe offer a dye free equivalent? Seriously, delicious and so fast acting!! Sooooo disappointed.

These Work Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These work very well! I have tummy issues pretty often and that can sometimes lead to being backed up unfortunately. I’ve had a few different kinds of these supplements, even prescription, but these genuinely work great! And the flavor is helpful as well; makes it easier to want to take care of yourself. I definitely recommend these. Also, the price is a steal! Get these if you ever need help with that….. extra push.

I haven’t noticed them to work within 30 minutes like the packaging suggests. They have a great berry taste and aren’t too hard to chew. Great small size and each chew is individually wrapped. The fruity-flavored chew tastes pleasant and doesn’t have a weird aftertaste - it also isn’t too “gummy” so it doesn’t get stuck in your teeth. I ate one chew and experienced the desired results within the hour, without experiencing any adverse side effects. The convenience of the individually-wrapped soft chews and the resealable pouch makes this product great for home-use as well as on-the-go/travels.
