I read the reviews and decided to buy it anyway. I started with 1 after reading all the warnings here. It took 4 to finally do anything helpful. But it also gave me acid reflux and horrible flatulence! Like awful awful. Avoid! Don’t buy it! Don’t try it! Run for the hills!

Too Good To Be True
I bought these a couple weeks back because I was experiencing a little constipation and thought these would be a good alternative to help. Said gentle and works within 30 minutes to 6 hours and they were chews. But to my surprise I surpassed all time frames of this to kick in. Nothing ever happened to relieve the constipation or even soften the stool even the next day or two later. This product is way to expensive to not get some type of results. If at all possible I’ll be returning them. Won’t purchase again.

These gummies did the trick. I had been blocked for a few days, and no amount of coffee was helping. So I decided to give these a try. As someone with chronic fissures and pain, this stuff helped me ease the dreading part of going #2 & healing of fissures. Here are some pros & cons: PROS: tastes good, helps regulate #2, softens stools, easy going #2. CONS: 4 might be too much (take 2 or spread out the 4 throughout the day), better be ready for stinky farts/gurgling at the beginning but well worth it, ALSO be near a restroom as it can be fast acting depending on what you eat. Overall, I will be rebuying since it works. Better than taking a stool softener with no vitamin benefits added.

Struggling with ongoing constipation and had someone recommend these. Made the mistake of taking four for my first dose instead of easing myself into it… thirty minutes later… I nearly rocketed off of the toilet. It definitely cleans you out but I would recommend taking one or two instead of the recommended four.

Doesn't work.
It taste horrible, it smells horrible, and it doesn't even help with my constipation. Get metamucil instead or the target brand for metamucil. Also, this is QUITE expensive for the amount you get!

I had some kind of reaction that was possibly allergic to something in the gummies. My face broke out with a scatter of very small pimple pustules and my face felt flushed. I didn't realize at the time with the first few and then I realized the more I took, the more often they kept showing up and that it must be the gummies. So these are of no good for me

They’ve helped me get regular over the course of the last month or so… the gummy experience helped me be more consistent as I take it with my other vitamins and not as a separate ritual. I am almost out. I like the taste and texture. They don’t leave a weird residue or aftertaste like some others. I’ve tried in the past. I will definitely repurchase.

Effectiveness
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never been a fiber consumer but decided to give these a try. They were a little too chewy for my liking but the flavor overall was okay. I did not really see the effectiveness of it as it just made me a bit bloated.
