Description
Tylenol Extra Strength caplets with 500mg of acetaminophen reduce fever and provide temporary relief of minor aches and pains. From the #1 doctor-recommended brand of pain reliever, each caplet contains 500 mg of acetaminophen for effective, extra strength pain relief. Both a fever reducer and pain reliever, it relieves minor aches and pains due to headache, backache, toothache, minor pain of arthritis, the common cold, and premenstrual and menstrual cramps. When used as directed, this extra strength oral pain reliever has an excellent safety profile and can be used by adults and children 12 years and older. To use, adults and children 12 years and over, take two caplets every 6 hours while symptoms last and do not take more than six caplets in 24 hours. Always a must have in your household. Best option before using any other medications to relieve pain or discomfort. Great for fevers as well and fairly effective as it does not take long for the medication to work.

The coated tablets seem to work very fast. The product is very effective, but it doesn't seem to work for me as quickly as Ibuprofen does. But it's a great alternative.

I use tylonol a lot for my headaches and body aches. I have a joint disorder so tylonol is a life saver on my bad days! The extra strength kicks in pretty fast.

I like the size of the pills and how quickly they can work after taking them. The small container makes it even more easy to carry around. Also, them not being gel also helps not melt if you are carrying them around.

I switched over to the coated variety when my son became a teen. He always had a hard time swallowing pills, and the coating on this one made it easier on him. I like that it works quickly, and I find relief as well.

I keep this on hand at home and in my car. It is the primary pain reliever I take. The bottle is easy to open, you can get them in different sizes based on frequency you might use it. They are easy to take and don’t leave behind an odd aftertaste theres no smell.

It definitely helps with fever. Somewhat with pain. But the dark red color of the extra strength caplets is truly disgusting. I will look for another brand.
