I was hoping that these pills would be better than generic acetaminophen, but unfortunately they still have a bad metallic taste that lasts in my mouth and I get a stomach ache from it. Made me feel dizzy and tired.

This medicine works for all kinds of aches and pains. It will help usually within 15-20 minutes of taking it. Do not take this product more than recommended of it can cause severe health issues and you shouldn't take it on an empty stomach as it can cause nausea. I like the coated tablets better than the regular version because it tastes better and is easier on my stomach.
