Pain reliever/fever reducer

Uses

Uses temporarily relieves minor aches and pains due to: headache backache toothache premenstrual and menstrual cramps temporarily reduces fever the common cold minor pain of arthritis muscular aches

Directions

Directions do not take more than directed adults and children 12 years and over take 2 tablets (1,000 mg) every 6 hours while symptoms last do not take more than 6 tablets (3,000 mg) in 24 hours, unless directed by a doctor do not use for more than 10 days unless directed by a doctor children under 12 years ask a doctor

    No coated tablets

    I was very disappointed with this product. It has a lot of red dye and a sweet flavor which was horrible. My mistake because I didn’t read coated. I purchased the caplets to replace them. Much happier.

    Completely shocked, coated in a red dye and grape flavored. No where can it be found on the box about the flavor, and why in earth would you choose to dye a medicine. The only thing on the box indicating this was the inactive ingredients. Deceptive and just weird.

    Reviewers are dumb, these are great.

    These reviewers are so dumb, they specifically bought the round coated tablets instead of the normal white elongated pills THAT TARGET STILL SELLS RIGHT NEXT TO THESE and yet they still complain??? These are great if you don't like taking pills because the coating gives it a sweet, slightly fruity taste instead of a yucky chalky pill taste/texture. The white tablets are still available if you don't want them to be round or have the sweet coating. They work just like regular 500mg acetaminophen.

    Look like M&Ms & TASTE SWEET

    These work fine, but I don't understand why they have this particular coating. They're the same size and color as red M&Ms and THEY TASTE SWEET. This seems like an accidental poisoning waiting to happen. If there are ever any small children in your home, I recommend finding a different brand, just in case.

    Why the red dye & fake sugar?

    So many reviews knocking the red dye. Why would they even use that? And since when does a coating need to be sweetened? It works, but I won't buy this brand again until they dump the coating.
