Acetaminophen Arthritis Pain Relief 650mg Extended Release Caplets - 100ct - up&up™

This is my go-to acetaminophen, I take it twice a day for arthritis, lupus, and Reynaud’s. I can no longer take NSAIDS. This doesn’t work as well, but the stronger dosage (2) helps take the edge off. I especially love the easy grip top. I have yet to see one like this anywhere else.

Just like brand name Arthritis medication, this works really well for nighttime relief. Helps ease my aching knees, especially on rainy days, so I can actually get a good night’s sleep. Reliable and effective when joint pain is acting up.

I have been in the market looking for something to help me with my arthritis pain. I have severe rheumatoid arthritis and it comes with severe pain as well. I receive prescribed medications to help me with this, but even they weren’t cutting it. I couldn’t afford any more expensive prescriptions, so I was in search of something affordable and over the counter that could offer me some mild or moderate pain relief. I’ve tried several more pricey name brand options, and other store brand options, to no avail. With that being said… I bought these with little to no expectations. But, dang was I pleasantly surprised 😲. These helped me A LOT. I took two before bed, and it was the first time I slept through the night without waking up tossing and turning from my joint pains. I still recommend talking to your physician before starting any kind of medication regimen. With that out of the way, I highly recommend these. These might be target brand and not the expensive name brand, but I was definitely blow off my feet with how well they worked for me. But everybody is different. Target you are such a goat. Can’t beat the value either.

This helps with my arthritis pain and d the other pain I get from Fibromyalgia it works better than the pain medicine action that I was using before without side effects.

Just as effective as the name, brand and less expensive

I have arthritis in my hands, and the cap is very easy to remove, and compared to regular Tylenol brand it's the same and less expensive

I know it seems weird to be so impressed with the cap on the bottle. But as a senior with arthritis in my hands, its very difficult to open medicine bottles. When you are in pain the last thing you want to do is have to struggle to open your meds. This cap is a little oversized making it easy to grab and the flower shape makes it easy to turn and open. Would that all mfgs that make meds for seniors used this kind of cap. Such a small thing but what a difference it makes.

I like the extra potency in this pain killer. I take two and the aches and pains of the day literally go away in no time. It works fast and it works well. The price is much better than the name brand. I’ll keep on buying the Up & Up brand.
