A: I had this question too, but ended up buying the heating pad before it was answered. The manual says Low: 113°, Med: 131°, High: 149°. Personally, I think it is very comfortable for casually laying on top, and not too hot at any point. But I’m curious now about one that is slightly warmer for deeper muscular aches.

After that, press the power button again to see if it resets properly. If it still won’t turn on, it may need to be exchanged.
