I just plugged this in for the first time and it barely works. Turned it to the highest setting and it worked for maybe 1 minute. Terrible product.

Disappointing product

I love this product however after less than a year it gave out. It stays on for about five minutes and then turns off with a red flashing light. The cheaper one that has a blue cover has lasted me about 8 years and it’s still going strong.

Broke immediately

Stays on for like 3 mins before dying. Pretty much didn’t work properly first day I had it. This is the 3rd heating pad that has stopped working on me in a month. All different brands. I’m at a loss.

Chemical Smell

This heating pad has a terrible chemical smell that transfers to your skin, clothes and bedding. I regret purchasing this heating pad. Also, I am disappointed because I thought Sunbeam was a quality product. I will not be buying their products in the future.

I was a bit apprehensive to buy based on some reviews saying it wasn’t hot enough or was too small, but I haven’t had any issues with the heat or size so far! The office I work in stays rather chilly, so I use it on my lap for some added warmth. I’ve been using it between Low and Medium, as I think High might be too hot (better for muscle aches/cramps/etc probably). I love that it has a 2 hour timer so I don’t accidentally forget and leave it on. Have had no issues rolling it up with the attached straps to put in a drawer; just roll from the end without the plug toward the end with the plug.
