  • A: No, they purposefully screwed with the heating pad to limit it to two hours. With this brand, you're out of luck.

Q: Do you have a choice whether you can make this shut off automatically after two hours or stay on? Sometimes my daughter gets terrible cramps, and she keeps it on very low during the night.

Returning it tomorrow. The FF light keeps turning on because the electric connection is working. So the mat shuts off and you have to jumble the cord for it to reset or work. The plug that connects to the mat is too loose and unplugs slightly causing the FF light. And won’t stay not mater how hard you push it in. I just bought it yesterday. I figured 30$ was giving me a decent product but I was wrong.

It doesn't get as warm as my old, 30-year-old heating pad, so anything less than Medium Is pointless. Love the auto off, except that once it turns off it just flashes a light which in a dark room is annoying as heck.

I just plugged this in for the first time and it barely works. Turned it to the highest setting and it worked for maybe 1 minute. Terrible product.
