Q: Does this heating pad have heat all the way to the edges? If not, where do the heating coils end around edge? does it only have heat in the center of the pad? And the edges no heat?

I really like this heating pad because of the XXL size (covers my whole back), the comfort of the material used to construct it and the fact the timer has an option to “stay on” more than 2 hours. I put it on low and it warms my bed all night, keeping my back from getting stiff which results in less pain.

I love this heating pad, but they seem only last about 6 months with daily use until I get a flashing “F” on the screen and then I know it’s time to buy a new one. I have purchased at least 4 of them so far. The quality is great I just don’t think it’s meant for daily use.

This was a gift. It worked well for about 6 months and then stopped heating. There are not a lot of components to it so it’s pretty simple to make sure the plugs are connected. I used this daily for my back and am very upset. The panel lights up and you can set it so you think it’s going to get warm but it does not. I’m not sure what to do except take more money to buy another one. I need to have it daily.

Almost a Great Heating Pad

I bought this heating pad because of a recommendation by Wirecutter. It did everything they said: heats up fast, can go very hot, lots of heat levels… but then it died after less than a year. It has a 5-year warranty, so I contacted the manufacturer. They asked how I was using it and I told them I put it behind my back when I was sitting in a chair. Apparently, they only want users to put it *over* the area you want to heat. So it turns out, this is a rather fragile heating pad. The manufacturer replaced my pad “as a courtesy”, but they felt my kind of use was not warrantied. So… it’s a good heating pad, but you’re taking your chances if you sit against it or lay on it.

I’m on my 3rd of these heating pads. My car unfortunately loves it and hates every other option. After 6 months I get the blinking “F” of death and it stops working. Need another recommendation so my cat can stay warm :(

Not sure why this product has negative reviews there is a 5 year warranty so if it’s not working you can just file a claim. This product helped save my kittys life so I am very grateful. Her glucose dropped and she went into hypoglycemic shock. After a trip to the ER I picked this up and it really helped her temperature stay regulated enough to avoid another trip to the ER that night. She’s completely back to normal now and uses her heating pad regularly :)
