I used this every night for about a year to help with back/shoulder pain and cramps and it was great. However, in december I got very sick and was hospitalized for about a month, and I relied on this heating pad to help with the severe pain I was in. It couldn't handle the amount of use and ended up not turning on anymore after only about a year and a half of use.

AMAZING when it works…. And that’ll last a few weeks. I exchanged the first one when it stopped working after less than 24 hours… the replacement lasted 1 month. It heats up soooo well, I hate the quality is TRASH though. Don’t recommend buying!

Malfunctions
worked the 1st day fine. 2nd day all the lights blink and it turns off. I have to unplug it and war. it back up. After 10mins it turns off again. I will be returning.

Died after 10 months
Heating pad died after 10 months. Prior to dying it would switch off after a few minutes. It worked great for about 6 months.

DEFECTIVE
Stopped working after 6 months so I exchanged it for another one. That one stopped working less than a month later. Just replaced that one and the new one is not working. Very frustrating. Will be returning and purchasing at another store.

I made this purchase in a hurry due to my old heating pad quitting on me. I’ll admit to not reading all of the reviews like I usually do. I have had this for two weeks and have not tried to wash it as it says it can be. It is a nice size and works ok on medium heat. Low isn’t enough and high is too much. 2 hour shut off does not work. This one could just be a lemon. Luckily I got this one on sale. I would not suggest paying full price for it, go with name brand.

Junk Product!
This product lasted approximately a year and then failed. It never functioned fully as advertised. I’m very frustrated with this product and Target’s return policy. Heating pads used to last for years!!!

I didn’t want the bad reviews to be true, but alas. On the highest setting, it only briefly got hot, but it was short lived. Now it gets lukewarm at best. Real bummer because the mat itself is very soft and nice!

Big and easy to use
This heating pad has been so good for me, it works great, it has a good quality and even I have been using it frequently, it keeps working without a problem. I like that it has a good size, it is the biggest I have had. It has 3 different temperature settings (low, med and high) which makes the usage experience more comfortable. Highly recommended.

I thought this would be like a similar heating pad I have. It is actually very poorly made- the plastic bit burned my skin and it doesn’t stay on and randomly turns off. Very poor quality.
