Q: Tag line says "Reusable", but no directions on the package. How does this become reusable after the first use? Specs chart shows "Recyclable" as Sustainablity Claim, so not reusable?

I desperately needed this item as I had a bruise on my leg. This worked really well for me it allowed the bruise to stop harden and heal. I think the fabric portion is only Needed for when it’s time to heat or needs to be wrapped around a body part.
Don't buy if you need a hot pack!!

This is probably OK as an ice pack, but I needed a hot pack. Unfortunately, it burst in the microwave the third time I tried to heat it. Yes, I read and tried to follow the instructions

This ice pack is perfect for my injury that was also swollen. It’s water proof so it kept my injury dry. The others I’ve tried weren’t waterproof which is not advisable especially when you’re not supposed to get your injury wet. You’ll need more than one though to alternate them for use.

I only use this for icing. I have spine issues from the cervical spine to lumbar spine and this is my favorite ice pack. I would recommend that you look for an alternative product for heat. I ordered one pack a few weeks ago and I’m ordering 2 more today.

I am particular about my ice packs. This one is fine, not great but also not bad. I like the concept of the pouch/wrap but when the pack is inside it never gets cold enough. I remove the pack and just wrap it in a towel.
