DANGEROUS
DANGEROUS! My four year old was using this while supervised when the beads start to bust out. We have two toddlers that could have easily ingested these beads! I’m shocked at how easily this broke and how badly this could be.

Save your money - this does not freeze
Unfortunately, the fluid in this belt does not freeze. It gets cold but adapts to body temperature in a few minutes, making it virtually useless for its stated purpose. Save your money.

Defective product
This product came apart at the seam and those blue little beads were everywhere. Please tell me that they are not poison . I threw it out . There was no way i was taking that leaky thing and touching it again. So i guess i take a loss for buying a defective product. Thank god i dont have small children or a dog. That could have been toxic.

I bought this product multiple times and everytime I did they last no more then week they keep popping so I got it again thinking maybe I should only freeze it it's been 1 day it completely ripped I just threw it in the garbage it should be a dollar store item no offense

Small belt but stays warm.
I bought this for my siatica pain while pregnant and I can't even begin to try to wear this with the strap. It stays nice and warm and covers a good surface area I just wish it was wearable for me.

Not very good at all - wish I hadn't bought it
The pack does not stay frozen very long - within about 15 minutes (or less), it was warm with only a few small cold spots. Worse, I am not a big guy - size 33 waist - and the strap barely fit around me and was snug with only about 1 inch to spare. These also reportedly leak after only several uses and, while mine is new today, it does not seem to be all that durable. All in all, it seem to be worth about $5, not $16.

Haven't used this as a heat pack, but it only stays cold for about 15 minutes after freezing. It also builds up condensation and gets everything wet.

Freezes in just two hours out of the box!
Ahhhhh! What a blessing to have this ice cold pack snuggly pressed into my lower back and hips. I overdid it moving heavy things non stop for 5 hours and ended up with back spasms. Advil and a muscle relaxer helped but this pack gave me such wonderful relief. I don’t have a microwave so being able to put it in hot water to make a heat pack is such a blessing.

Excellent Ice Pack
It’s a little more expensive, but if you need to invest in another ice pack, this one is the bomb.com I have many in the freezer I have been rotating, but this one by far stays colder longer, I have it to the front for belly or boobs and belt stays in place and even when it starts to warm, you can flip it and the beads on the other side give you more cold time.
