Great product!
Works on contact with skin and start feeling the tension melt away. For the cost of the product and how good it works, it is great value. The consistency of the product is nice. Not greasy at all.

Awful! Do NOT buy this product!!!
I bought this product to help with shoulder/neck pain. I have used Icy Hot before but figured I would try the roll on applicator for less mess….. BIG MISTAKE! Not even 10 minutes after applying, I had to run to the sink and wash it off because my skin was burning so badly. Literally felt like a flame was being held to my neck!! My neck was turning red and my shoulder/back were getting red and patchy. After water and soap wouldn’t stop the burning, I smothered myself in Vaseline and oil to help with the burning sensation. While that helped minimize the pain a smidge, I could still feel the burning! The next day my skin was still tender when touched. I will NEVER use this product again, nor will I EVER recommend it to anyone!

Something clearly wrong with the product
I wasn’t sure if I was alone in this, but after reading more reviews it seems that all this product does is burn people! I was in so much pain only a few minutes after application on my neck and even after washing it off! I have had no problems with their creams before so not sure what’s up with the stick!

Definitely a go to product
I suffer from knee and back pain I put it on and I can go about my work day I am on my feet right hours a day and it provides relief throughout my entire shift I even recommend it to a couple of co workers

CHEMICAL BURNS
This product gave me chemical burns. Sure, it stopped the aches on my back- but it caused even more pain by giving me a sunburn like pain!! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. The pain feels HOT and unbearable.

Causes More Pain
I just woke up to a very hot hot hot feel on my elbow and I’m thinking this isn’t normal. I started googling and then ending up reading these reviews. I’m like lovely. Do not buy it burns like a sunburn not like it’s warming to heal. Kept me up.

HORRIBLE PRODUCT
I wish I would have read these before putting this on my knee! It’s burning so bad and no matter how many times I’ve washed it the pain is still there and progressively getting worse! I may have to go to the hospital because I might have burns from this product on my knee! This needs to be taken off the shelf and give us and the rest of our money back! This is RIDICULOUS!

Horrible stuff
I wish I had seen these reviews sooner. I put this on my neck and across my shoulder and around the back side of my back. It didn’t do anything at first. No heat or coolness. Then the next morning I had a bad rash in all the areas it put it. So very upset. The icy hot I purchased years ago NEVER did this. After all of the bad reviews, this stuff should be discontinued.I will never use it again.

Like everyone else said—terrible burns!
I bought this today hoping for relief from my knee pain. It did help for a bit, until I got into the shower six hours after applying. My whole left knee is now red and feels like it’s on fire. I tried applying Vaseline, but the whole area is numb to the touch, so it did nothing. Do not buy this!!! I truly wish I’d read the reviews first.

Left a burn!
My husband rolled this on my neck and upper shoulders to alleviate the tightness and pain I was feeling. After a little while I started to feel a burning sensation. I assumed it was heating but it soon became unbearable. I took a cold shower and tried to get it off. The area continued to burn more severely. When I got out, I looked in the mirror and found what looked like a sunburn all over the areas that were covered with the product. We applied oil, I showered again, and applied Aloe with lidocaine. Thankfully that settled things down. I can’t imagine what could have happened if it was left on longer. 16% menthol is more than they usually have in their products and I wanted to warn others.

So painful!
Like everyone else here, I tried the roll on after using other icy hot products with no problems. Currently my neck and back are BRIGHT red and burning to point it is extremely painful. DO NOT RECOMMEND this product at all

Applies cold then heats to smooth pain.
Best for any sort of joint pain and works very quickly! Smooth gel that easily applies and has an interesting sensation. Definitely worth your money!

Fast relief but could last longer.
Decent product but not outstanding. The relief is noticeable at first, but unfortunately the effect doesn’t last long enough. The texture also feels a bit greasy, which makes application less pleasant. It works for quick relief, but I was expecting more.

IcyHot is a cream that helps a lot with muscle pain. The package is practical to use and its value is perfect because it is worth it. The aroma is strong, but it is partly due to the menthol. It is effective, you feel very hot, but it is part of the effect of the cream and it moisturizes the skin.
