Q: Do these patches have a sticky backing, or is it Gel?

A: It's a gel backing, but will kind of adhere. If you're moving around a lot, it's going to slide around.

Doesn't stick when you move. Only a small section of a flat, non-moving part of body will get the medication. The pad packers and loses the effectiveness of application at points where tge pad comes loose. And that's at many points alo g the edges.
