When using this product

When using this product: use only as directed,do not bandage tightly,avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes,do not expose the area to local heat or to direct sunlight,rare cases of serious burns have been reported with products of this type,a transient burning sensation may occur upon application but generally disappears in several days,avoid applying into skin folds.

Stop use and ask a doctor if

Stop use and ask a doctor if: condition worsens or symptoms persist for more than 7 days,symptoms clear up and occur again within a few days,redness is present or excessive skin irritation occurs,you experience severe burning pain, swelling, or blistering where the product was applied.

Directions

For easy removal of embossed backing: pop; peel; apply.

Adults and Children 12 Years of Age and Older:

Clean and dry affected area. Remove backing from patch by firmly grasping both ends and gently pulling until backing separates in middle. Carefully remove smaller portion of backing from patch and apply exposed portion of patch to affected area. Once exposed portion of patch is positioned, carefully remove remaining backing to completely apply patch to affected area. Apply to the affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily. Wash hands after applying or removing patch. Throw away the patch by folding sticky ends together.

Takes away pain in minutes

Being athletic this will be a big help with relief. You never know when you'll pull a muscle or get hurt. Takes the pain away in seconds, and last for a while. Definitely worth buying!

NEW VERSION IS TERRIBLE!

New version is TERRIBLE. Patches are significantly smaller and stick very poorly now. New packaging is AWFUL. Individually wrapped pouches that require scissors to open. Previously, it was 5 patches in one resealable pouch that you could rip open. New packaging is both INCREDIBLY wasteful and inconvenient.

Provided relief I needed

Great product for a sore lower back. It was easy to use, and provided relief for a few hours. I would use this again for minor discomfort for sore muscles.

Good relief but doesnt stick great

These patches did do a good job of relieving pain in my lower back after i suffered an injury. However, i cant give it a five star review because i had issues with it staying in place.

If you’re in pain, check this out

I actually use this just recently I’ve been having really bad back pain at work so good. It doesn’t have that strong of a scent like I see hot carries that adhesive stays on all day. It leaves a cool warm feeling. just like a regular one does.

Pain patches

These icy hot patches work well on pain areas. They don’t have a scent and are cold then warm when you apply. They stick to the skin and stay on for hours and are easy to apply!

Good temporary relief

Icy hot and lidocaine patches do pretty good on giving temporary relief. They are easy to apply. They do come off after a while so make sure you press them down while applying to get them to stick real good. They are convenient and affordable to help a sore area.

Pain killer

Definitely helps with pain. It’s long lasting which helps a lot. Use this for my back pain. It’s cost effective instead of using oral meds, which can destroy your stomach. Stores well take it along with you when your on the go!

Good sticking power which is important in using the product to its fullest. Good scent, feels hot No matter how much you press & smooth it, it moves with the skin & it develops wrinkles & there are areas that does not touch the skin. I would give it a 5 if it laid flat.
