Since it is really expensive with long wait times to go to the hospital if it was an non-emergency treatment, icy hot brand was a well-known friend to our family since muscle pains could be solved with this product. After using them for a long time, this product does work wonders for muscle pain, but if that pain originates from a fractured bone, this product is not it. So if you try this product and it doesn't work and the pain gets worse, please go to the doctor to get it checked out. So what makes this so effective? I think that has to do with some powerful ingredients that are in this product that gets absorbed by your body and into your bloodstream, so take it with a grain of salt since those ingredients might cause permanent damage in the long-term.

For starters it is easy to use (just open and roll!) and as marketed it doesn’t leave a mess. Personally I don’t get that much relief from it but it does last for several hours. For minor muscle aches it helps but I don’t wouldn’t describe as a replacement for other pain relief. It’s a nice to have not a necessity in my view

I use this for my back ache . It's so easy and convenient to use . Love the formula, the scent is strong but not something not tolerable. The price is good too , cheap for all aches and pains you get . The formula is good and works well.

I love Icy Hot it's really nice to have around it offers comfort from the pain and the Quality is very good and I don't have no build up and the cleaning it easy to wash off and the setup it very easy to apply

How is there now a lawsuit from how many chemical burns people are getting?? This gave me extreme burns on the back of my neck to the point my skin is peeling. DO NOT BUY.

Caused a burn to my skin.

I bought this a while back and have always used the patches all my life. For some reason I used this roll on on my wrist since I was having some pain. Not even 30 minutes later my skin starts to feel like it is LITERALLY ON FIRE!! I wait it out a bit thinking that it’ll subside and go away…. But NO! It gets worse. I’ve tried everything, even milk…. Dish soap didn’t work I feel I made it worse by rubbing it in with the soap. I tried olive oil, body wash dish soap Vaseline and nothing. My wrist is sooo irritated pics don’t do it justice. This is the worse product I’ve ever tried in my whole life… I can’t even sleep because it’s just on fire. My skin is red feels raw and is blistering a bit like hives…. Do Not ever buy or use this it’s horrible! It doesn’t help it makes matters worse! Hopefully I don’t end up in the ER, this pain is unbearable.

I am someone who suffers from lower back pain. I have struggled to find a product that actually helps resolve my pain apart from my chiropractor. This roll on icy hot does the trick for me a cheap price! 🔥🩵✨🙌

My favorite muscle pain relief so far. It doesn't spill, feels super minty on the skin, and lasts a good 20-30 mins, especially if you apply it right after shower.

Great product but the absolute worst bottle ever! If you suffer with arthritis, you will never open this top by yourself. I had to suffer for days, with 2 brand new bottles, until someone could come and open the bottle for me.

Easy to apply, not to hot, not too cold, bottle is pretty durable, I dropped it a couple times, and it hasn't broken, it's functions like it should, provides great relief for sore muscles, however, don't make the mistake I did, and use it after a shower, it will cause chemical burns on your skin, so do be careful

I have always used icy hot since I was a child. My inner thighs were sore due to the gym and it literally gave me a burning rash. I’m not even the type to have allergic reactions to products it was terrible!

We buy this alot of my husband, it has a great design for coverage, application and effectiveness. It works great and gives relief for a very reasonable price!

Used on neck before bed and had the worst burning. Product will not wash off. Chemically burned my neck. Do not use product!!!!!

This should be removed from the market. I had a muscle pain and applied this and I’m in absolute misery now. Horrible burning sensation that will not go away. I have tried rinsing it off and it will not stop burning I’m in so much pain and my arm is bright red now
